You can turn it on in options. But in 1-3 it also asks you. Its the most requested feature by casual gamers and some major media sites. When units are advancing forward (front arrow button) they will auto target the enemy. It makes the game a lot easier... Also you units will also back up defending units in the same lane.
First off, thanks for the update! The new controls are great - MUCH better than previous. Secondly, how the **** do you get past 2-9? I've tried half a dozen times now, and I don't even seem to be getting half way through the level. I don't k ownif I'll ever make it past that level. Edit: A-ha! Finally got past it. Thank god, that was brutal. Now back to having some fun! Yay desert world!
Glad to hear. Learn the new control. If your still having a tough time you could try casual mode. I always recommend using specials and upgrading that essence meter. this is an action-rts after all!
Yeah, my problem is i'm not good at multi tasking in games like this. I would build units, and then forget to fight, or concentrate on fighting, and forget tobuild more units. Thankfully all it takes is passing the level once!
Well you could always go to options and switch auto attack for your units. Then simply pressing the forward arrow button will make all units attack the nearest person and automatically come out of the castle. much less to manage. I would try it without it first though. World 4 is my favorite so at least get there. I'm replaying it right now with new controls and beautiful retina graphics. cheers
First off, love the game. But the update has created 2 major issues for me. I'm in legendary difficulty and had bought 3 tower elfies before the update. Now they're all gone and even if I click on the button to add one nothing happens. Also my miney has disappeared from the armory, so if I were inclined to upgrade him I can't. This makes things a bit more difficult than I'd prefer. Thanks
You guys nerfed 4-8 and 4-9 to oblivion. I couldnt pass 4-8 hard...came close, but refused to grind enough to pass it given the coming update. After the update, my heroes didnt lose 1/3 of their health. Serious over-reaction...its ok for hard to be hard. It *was* a little too hard...but not 100% too hard.
Loving the update as it answered a number of problems and balances! There are a few bumps but amazing work!!! I was curious, are there future addition in planning or development stages? Maybe a weekly update or daily (<- wishing it worked that quickly...)? This would also show TA that you do listen to the members and reviewers by posting a to-do or currently working on section? (Sounds like a good idea) ***Yet if the update have content that shouldn't be revealed (such as new units, modes, story, or random monkeys) I think it should have asterisks (such as a password) on the list.*** Sorry for running on, once I want to say something, I try to say it all!
What level are you on? Miney should only be gone in 4-6 and 4-7 where. The archers unfortunately had to be fixed and we new it might have an impact on save games. We apologize for the inconvinence and are looking in to it.
Well better easier than hard. We got the most complaints about those levels. And app reviewers tend to give bad reviews if they get stuck in a level
Awesome update! Man, this update made the game a whole lot better. This game used to kick my ass until I was wearing my buttocks as a hat but it felt like i was fighting the controls more than the enemy. Now I can actually advance on the later levels.
It takes apple sometimes over a week to approve an update, so weekly updates would mean a very short amount of time for coding.

I'm on level 4-6 legendary, but you're misunderstanding me. The miney is not in the armory. Lemmy is doing his job just fine on the battlefield. At the armory I have an empty space where the miney should be. This means I can't upgrade him. Thanks
Right, IF you remember ******SPOILER******** The mineys get captured. in 4-5 and you don't get them back till 4-8. You don't really don't need to upgrade them until 4-10. Hope that helps
Ok. Got it. Guess I never noticed he was absent from the armory during those levels. My bad. Glad that's not an actual bug. The lack of archers is a bigger deal, as I can't get past the first wave of enemies where before the update I was doing a fair amount of damage to the big boss before defeat. Thanks
I am quite pleased with 1.2!!! Noticing a big improvement in control response in the Side scrolling levels, thank you! One thing, sorry to nitpick, but I am noticing that the objects actually extend further to the right than pictured. When moving up or down behind an object you have to give more space than pictured by the object or you take damage! This makes it nigh impossible to duck in between a rock and a spike board (for instance) to take a quick shot and get back out. This is especially noticeable in the slower early stages. Please take a look! Also.. crates do not damage you in the side scrolling levels. You don't have to shoot them, they just don't hurt you. This should be fixed. As for the new control methods in the main screens, much better! Some actual intelligence now from units. They don't always leave their lane of their own accord to attack a critter, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. *shrug* Very nice to have the Tower Archer, tho he seems kinda worthless so far, very limited range and pathetic dmg, similar to the other Elfys. Does his damage/crit % increase with increases to the standard Elfys?
Tower Elfy stats do match the regular elfy stats that you upgrade. We are planning to increase the range of tower elfys in the bottom lane, and the middile lane(to a lesser degree) to help them all be able to hit as well as the top lane one. I don't think that is scheduled for the retina patch though.
