Beautiful looking game! Can't wait to try it but the growing list of games I need to buy continues to grow. I'll likely need to begin ranking my list of games I need to buy!
Size in the description seems (150 MB) to be wrong. Should be 508 MB. That's what's stated in my AppStore.
Tiny Empire was such a great game. I bought it on iOS & the premium on Android for my kids. The Dev did add more levels once or twice to Tiny Empire. I'm curious if Legend of Skyfish will get the same treatment? 45 handcrafted levels is a pretty decent treat for such a beautiful game. But more is always welcome. Also let me add that Tiny Empire is still installed on my 120 gig device which is in the delete games I'm not playing to install new treats each week status that many TA members know all to well about.
Weapon upgrades When looking at the map, I can see the totem poles, but sometimes I also see another object on islands - I think they are indicators for a weapon upgrade. Is that true? Will they disappear (or look crumbled like the totem poles) once used? I just want to know if I have to go back and upgrade if I still see these indicators on the map... Thanks swoolf
Hmm I don't think so. But after 8 levels I have only found one upgrade item. And I've been savoring this for a little over a week now. It does feel like there should be more upgrades at this point. I'm curious if someone has some spoilers to report.
I found an upgrade very quickly - I don't think I am past 5 levels. I will see if I can screenshot what I'm talking about. Maybe it's just a simple graphic icon that has nothing to do with weapon upgrades.
on the levels menu it will show a chest on the map if there is one on that level, but sometimes they are tricky to find.
One more tip about the hidden chests: pay attention to your flying fish companion, he may help you finding them!
By the end of the first area (first 15 levels) you will be able to upgrade your weapon, pole, and hood if you find the chests. Hood gives one extra heart, pole lets you zip around faster and weapon has more range.
I read a bunch of posts but hoping someone can verify. Is this an open world game or just level based? Thanks!
I saw the video from Touchy85 and bought the game instantly, it's great fun, it has a unique style which is great. Someone said it's a Zelda light but that is okay with me because I found the Twilight Princess too heavy and not so fun, this is more my liking. It's always nice to see that a game has Achievements.
