    Attention to Almost_Human_Juho

Ok, so I was FINALLY was able to actually playing this last night, and I'm really enjoying it on my iPad. :) Like others who have previously asked about this, the only thing, so far, that I can't seem to figure out is if there is a way to duel wield two weapons. I am able to equip two different weapons but when I attack only the primary weapon is shown. I know the developers have answered a similar question in the forums here, regarding the secondary hand, but it only applied to thrown weapons; not wielded weapons.

    As shown here:
    http://forums.toucharcade.com/showpost.php?p=3541182&postcount=106

So, to Almost_Human_Juho, are there plans to make the secondary wielded weapon automatically attack the same as the thrown weapon? That seems to me like the easiest solution. That, or just make both hands visible like you originally had it in an earlier build.

    As shown here:
    http://forums.toucharcade.com/showpost.php?p=3542043&postcount=140

Either way, it would be really nice to have as an option at least because dual wielding allows a party member to have an extra attack, which currently isn't possible.

Thank you for listening and bringing this awesome game to iOS! :D

For now the only way to do it is if you are jailbroken (via the .api trick). Several people in this thread have reported that it works very well too. :)

That is actually some fan's suggestion for the UI to show both hands. We also considered the problem, but like mentioned earlier, the UI is really cluttered and for the first timer playing the game, it'd need a lot of explanation of how it's working.

There's no "dual wielding" ability in LoG1. With the UI setup, we felt it'd be most straightforward approach.

First we need to see how the iPad version settles business vice. Then we'll do the decision on smaller screen. But there's been a lot of request for the phone version, so we're definitely taking it to consideration.

    Bug?

I found with the storage chest u pick up, not the sack, that when u put items in it the top line of items starts at the bottom and goes from there.

Thank you for the quick and detailed response! :D I apologize for misspeaking about that GUI photo. I just assumed it was from an early beta. Although, I've got to admit that I'm not sure why it would be cluttered or require a great deal of explanation for both hands to be shown. It's a pretty straightforward setup. You just tap on the hand you want to interact with. That's all the explaining you'd need to do. :D However, if a cluttered GUI was the primary concern, would it be possible to treat melee weapons just like you treat thrown weapons? Once you stike with one weapon the hand icon would simply switch to the other hand/weapon for a secondary strike, and then go grey for the proper cool down period. Would you possiblely consider that for a future update? I'm sure it would make A LOT of users happy (especially veterans of the PC version). :D Thanks again for being SO active in these forums!

Sorry I know this has been discussed already regarding dual wielding. So when my character carries two swords or spears does the damage stack ? Or am I just wasting the other hand holding the other weapon? I'm just a bit confused how this works. If the answer is no is there any plans to make the second hand used for dual weapons?

Been peeping some "Dungeon Kingdoms" footage and I have to say, if this drops in May, as promised, I may be saying "GrimWHAT?"

    Looks fantastic.

As of right now you're just wasting the other hand, unfortunately.

Here's what the developer had to say on this topic:
    http://forums.toucharcade.com/showpost.php?p=3543153&postcount=165

I'm REALLY hoping that they'll change their minds though.

Thanks for the link and reply. That's a shame but thanks for letting me know because my fighters were holding dual weapons. That's a shame I really hope they fix that. At least let the weapons stack in damage if the fighter can take two swings

No problem. It really would be a simple fix. I also don't understand why the developer thinks it would need a lot of explanation for how it works. If there's two hands, you just tap the hand you want to use. Not sure what else there is to explain. I even asked if they could implement a similar (auto switching) system like they're using with thrown weapons as a possible solution, but they didn't mention it as a possibility in their reply unfortunately. :( Who knows, maybe it will get changed if enough people request it. Let's hope for the best! :D

100 percent agree with you. I found it more complicated trying to figure out why my dual wielding warrior is not swinging twice or doing more damage. If this becomes too hard to fix at least allow dual wielders to do more damage one swing. I created a Mage for the sole purpose of using his other hand to hold a torch. The fighters need to have more variety of they choose to sacrifice a shield for power. I really like the game I just hope this gets fixed
