    Say what? It's only 4.99€?
    I'm downloading it now.
Ready for the Dungeon Crawl! :)

I hope a lot of people will buy this game. I want the second part too.

I just downloaded it. The installed game is 1,1 GB on your device.

How does the save system work on this? Can you save at any point or only specific places?

I'm so happy right now. What a cool surprise. I don't know too much about this game, but I've heard lots of good things. Ive DLed it. Now I just. Need to find time to dig in. Work is crushing me ATM.

What, exactly, does the gyroscope setting do?

I've only been around a bit on the first level, but it's obvious that this port is top notch (I even prefer this UI to the mouse and keyboard). Really really really happy to have this on a mobile device (mini 3). The app store has a new king of first person dungeon crawlers!!!

This game is amazing so far.... Not too far in but I can tell I'll be addicted to playing it. Unfortunately I played Coldfire Keep and thought I'd hate this style of rpg but I knew this one would be the deciding factor.

It's just really well executed, from the UI to the sounds of air and torch fire. Really enjoyed creating my party too and I like how they level their skills.

I think I've played variations on this same game since 1985. Hard to get excited by the same old thing.

    Thanks for this tip :D

I'm LoG player from the first hour on PC and love this port. The UI and interactions are very well designed.
The only thing i miss is the shortcut for the second hand, especialy for my shuriken-stone-knife throwing lady (she holds one weapon in the left, another in the right hand).

And if there would a possibility to play custom maps (i.e. back into the dungeon, a superb dungeon master remake for LoG), that would be really cool....

ok, stop dreaming, back into the mountain of grimrock.

Checked this out on iPad Mini. It is a small graphical downgrade, but it runs so smooth and feels very polished. Controls like a dream and I think is much better suited for touch than any free looking/free moving 3D game.

Can understand the decision to exclude iPhones although it might be playable on 6+

Really? Most others felt like there hadn't been anything since the early nineties and were happy the genre got resurrected finally after some 20 years.

Also since 1993 most games people play are Doom clones and nobody seems to be concerned.

Going to say the same thing. Its great playing these old classics, theres clones galore like you say but most people seem happy with it. Specially something like this with the original (just wish it wasnt ipad only !)

On my devices (iPad Mini/iPad 3) the realtime shadows seem to be out, is it any different on iPad Air 2 or iPad Mini 2/3?

This is brilliant. It's exactly what I hoped cold fire keep would be and wasn't... It's even keeping me away from grim fandango
