Looks like the most promising dual stick shooters in a while. Especially considering you guys made spellsword. By the way, when's an update for that planned?
I've been looking for a good dual stick shooter, and this looks very promising. I'm picking this one up.
Looks great, but I'd rather wait for some reviews first. Is $.99 cents the regular price of the game? Or is it $.99 cents on sale for a period of time?
Thanks! After the success of Spellsword, we decided to take some inspiration from the missions and the unlockables/upgrades. Along with 60 missions, players can partake in the survival modes across multiple levels and then bring their skills online. Spellsword update is NEARLY complete. We are trying to make this upgrade worth it, but we'll likely submit in the next few days.
From the trailer, the gameplay looks... bland. Top down shooters are everywhere on the app store and the zombie apocalypse theme isn't the freshest idea. Quite a bit of emphasis on co-operative play so I'm hoping that makes up for the overused zombie-wave survival.
We really wanted to focus on the co-op and competative aspect of the game, in addition to single player missions. The single player missions help gain experience in addition to coin, that can be used to unlock new charecters and weapons. Though you could compleatly overlook the single player missions and solely do multiplayer. You have the option to play side my side or vs. Using Game Center to challenge friends and foes.
Sorry, no. Unfortunately, that would cause too many obstacles, such as performance, control, User Interface, and more. However, we do have an upcoming turn based title that has same device multiplayer.
Sounds good, I loved spellsword so I'll give this a try. What is the name of your other upcoming turn based game?
Thanks for playing spellsword, and thanks for giving it a try! We still have not announced the title. but we will keep you guys posted.
So... This is coming in less than a couple days. Anyone pumped as i am? Those who have tried this when it was prematurely released, is it good?
Really like spellsword, looking forward to this. Co-op and zombies really go hand in hand, so this should be great. Instabuy for me.
