Well I was wondering what I should get, $50 each and they're all good. I already have Modern Warfare 2 :p

Sorry for mispelling Borderlands by the way o_o..

Okay so i'm going torwards to Borderlands, even though it has a crappy storyline and a ton of bugs (including multiplayer for PC), it's still a great game because of its huge world, RPG elements, and its 1 million+ weapons. I do enjoy getting friends together, seeing their weapon build, and to play non-stop with something new every minute. From what i've heard, there's about 22 hours of gameplay. Of course, there's a level cap of 50, which is a bit akward, but I'm guessing it's just to balance the game.

Left 4 Dead 2, however, doesn't have a long storyline, but does have some kicka*s melee weapons, and it does have a bunch of zombies that chase you around like crazy (also in Borderlands, DLC $10), i've tried the beta for my PC and I thought it was great, even though you've played the map 10 times already, there's something different about it each time, which of course has major replay value, but the problem is is that there's no ranking system or anything like that, but if you are going to work or something in about 40 minutes, there's enough time to kill in this game (pickup and play).

I'M JUST GOING TO GET BOTH FOR CHRISTMAS -__-"....

I'd go with Borderlands. Sim racers get ridiculously boring, at least to me, after a short while. Unless you have a love for killing zombies, yeah, going with Borderlands. Unless you don't have Assassin's Creed or Arkham Asylum yet. Your poll is multiple choice, btw. That's gonna mess up the results.

IMO left 4 dead 2 is great for multi, if u don't have someone else to play with or no xbox live then go with borderlands

I'd go with Left 4 Dead 2, Borderlands is great and has a nice art style but I don't think it's as polished as L4D2. If you game on your PC, go and grab L4D2, it's tons of fun especially with all the new modes and stuff. I've been playing NFS Shift and it's not too bad, awesome sense of speed and has a arcade-y feeling with the points system in place. If you ask me, all of them are great games but I'd go with l4d2 as it has a lot of replaybility, I was kinda bored once I hit level 50 in Borderlands.

Yeah, i've played the demo of L4D2 on my PC but Steam took it off afterwords. So i'm looking for a game with large amounts to replaybility. But I do like RPG styled games, especially in shooting. not quite fond that Need for Speed Shift didn't have drag races like Carbon or Undercover

    How isn't Borderlands winning?

Left 4 Dead 2 is just a rehash of the first game with an emphasis on melee weapons. Borderlands is like nothing else out at the moment.

It's acually like Fallout 3 a bit lol :p, but I do very enjoy the role-playing element mixed with a shooter, the problem is is that there's a lvl 50 cap.

Fallout 3 is one of my favorite games, as is Borderlands. They're both superb games with an interesting story and great action.

Eh, Borderlands is an FPS with RPG elements, but Fallout 3 is an RPG with FPS elements.

Besides, who doesn't want an acid spitting pistol and a sniper that fires 7 bullets in one shot?

Acually the side quests have good storylines but not the main quest :p, you gota find a st00pid vault, if I was the story writer, I would add that you would have to defeat this epic monster and how it all happened, finding a map in some part of a quest that can help you through a treasure that could lead you home..?!? (thought of this in 7 seconds)
