Totaly true and confirmed by checking the Gamecenter achievement for that. Gold is just a completed level but not with all fruits.
Calm down Sherlock. There are repetitive sections/traps/chunks. If you didn't notice them by now then fine. Looks like you are sleeping while you are playing but that's ok too.

But sorry for being out of line Johnny man, I thought your comment was bs but I guess it was correct. I haven't noticed, as others have mentioned I play the game while asleep which you have to admit it somewhat impressive.
Don't even worry about it, no big deal. This game is killer, I'd be defensive of it too! Right now the very few repeats haven't been that big a deal, I mostly mention it as a move towards longevity in addition to some of the other things people have mentioned. I personally hate randomly generated levels, I need more intent and design. This system is an amazing solution, an awesome combination of both random and designed, and if enough chunks and variation is stuffed in there I really think this game could be as fun to play a year from now as it is today!

Even if things do start to get repetitive (and I hope they don't), I have gotten my $3.99 worth of game play and enjoyment in the first week. This game is so well done I would describe it as sublime!

Yes the game is doing well....or at least it has done very well while it has been featured. Time will tell how it does now that that's ending. Regardless it has done well enough to give it some update love so were hard at it The update will be for all users free and premium. We haven't set in stone how they will get unlocked yet...we have an idea but we want to see how it plays that way before committing. At the moment as a reward for getting cups rather that accumulating coins. We like the idea of both but cups supports the core game concept more directly and we feel that makes it a more clear choice.
I want to destroy my brothers. I am absolutely loving this game. Haven't been this hooked in a while! Aside from the ability to turn off checkpoints for paid folks, the one thing I'd love to see is a better way to compare/compete with my friends. Right now, we've got this thing going where whoever gets gold first each day messages the group a screenshot of the final screen. We can sorta compare fruit percentage there to see who completes it "better," but more granularity of stats or even a final score combining time/deaths/fruits/etc. would be super great!
It seems as far as we can tell that Apple are experimenting with the App Store featuring in the US. We swapped positions a few times last week between #2 and #6 in the featuring. They also seem to be including new games mid week and games from the previous week. So yes we are there and thrilled about it! This could be a great change for the AppStore featuring as it means the game that get chosen get more exposure. The only concern would be that it looks like less games might get exposure as a result which is also a bad thing as it increases risk on devs that need that feature to turn a profit on their game.
Apart from more different obstacles and enemies, I would really love to see or better hear more of that great soundtrack. It would be great if there were around 7 tracks to have some different music each day of a week I know, big wishes.
While i'm not a fan of unlocking 50+ different useless characters (if only cosmetic), your little choice of all these adorable ones makes me happy. I'd go with the cute Taurus, for sure. Still trying to save a level, only to have two levels the other day. No way, too addictive. Omg, today's very last cubes were so #%*argh%# painful! Until this last section, i really thought this could be my level to complete without dying. Oops, i died countless times...mean, mean Devs, lol.
Does the game keep multiple checkpoints if you bounce around levels? If I start another level do I lose my checkpoint from a different day?
Good news for you : the game does keep your checkpoints. BUT there is a small detail/problem at this moment. Sometimes, some fruits respawn under the checkpoint so if you go for a 100% fruit, it might be a problem...
