glad to hear you have all noticed the Xmas update. We put a lot of effort into this one! There are two themes running over 7 days with a new element added every day! We added new music and a few extra characters to unlock too Oh and there's an extra special surprise thing we added for a date shortly after Xmas too! we hope you all enjoy what we added....we have already been working on what comes next
Ice update was awesome surprise - love it. It actually updated when I was on level 2 and had paused for a couple hours, came back to a completely slippery level! This has absolutely become my all time pickup for a few minutes game. I'm super glad you guys are updating so much, keeps everything fresh. I don't know if this has been suggested, but I wish there was at least a point or 2 for finishing earlier levels (maybe 4 points = 1 is fair?). I'm trying to go back and 100% all of the days I missed/didn't get to/had to stop, and it'd be cool to work toward the extra characters. I understand why not, Leap DAY, but still...
Yeah, I don't feel like playing previous levels since it doesn't even progress a little towards unlocking more stuff. I haven't even played this for a while now... it would be nice to actually unlock stuff for going back and playing levels I didn't get around to playing.
I still totally enjoy the earlier levels and will still play them regardless, but would definitely be a nice bonus to get a bit of credit for them... Happy holidaze Nitrome kids! Congrats on a great game!
How do you 100% complete today's level?? (Dec 25th; chunk 6; fruits hidden in the snow next to a blue portal.)
Get Credit For Previous Levels Change your phone's time to whatever date you want to play. Now you can get points for finishing those levels. As for today's level... I keep coming up short at only 99% fruit. I'm annoyed.
Regarding the 25th. It seems to work for me but there are a few people saying it so I'm not doubting it. We will have to look into it when we're back from Xmas break. Sorry to all affected.

Ads? Why am I getting an advertisement as soon as I open the app if I have paid to remove them? Is this a glitch?
An advert at the beginning of the game? No that shouldn't happen in premium. Do you mean the cross promotion ad of other Nitrome games? If so then it's a bug but not one that I have heard other people reporting. If it's another sort of ad (like one advertising 3rd party games or products) then I'm not sure what's going on. There is no ad code there for this sort of thing. Could you provide more info and if possible a shot? You can email it direct to me at [email protected]. Regarding the previous email wanting a video...I'm on my Christmas break and do not have equipment to make a video even if I wanted to prove it. There are others on Twitter that have posted images of the Calendar that have done it too so it's not just me that managed it. Having said that I tried to repeat it and came up with 99% so and I was pretty confident I'd got them all so I'm not doubting why people have been having issues getting all the Fruit on the 25th. Ad The ad would come on right after the screen that says "Loading". It did it a few times but six hours later I can't get it to happen again. Strange.
That is really a strange place to get an ad as there is no ad spot there at all. The cross promo ad is called after the Nitrome intro. If it happens again please take shots and any info you can and let us know and we will see if there's is anything we're doing wrong that can be fixed.
Updated ## The description says 12 new characters to unlock. I'm still going strong with daily fruit cups; hoping they have something planned for their 1 year anniversary.
I'm sure we will do something for the one year anniversary but we have lots of plans for things before that. We want to add things for special days as we did for Halloween, Christmas and New Year so we're working on one the next of those for an event in Feb. We are trying to add some unique elements per background like we did for Halloween and Xmas but for the existing backgrounds...released probably in sets of 7 so we can do a week update. We're also working on a brand new gameplay feature....power ups! This is just things currently being worked on. There are other things planned too...stay tuned!
Help needed! Greetings. So I played to today's level (11/02/2017) and stumbled upon these guys. I really wanna collect those 4 fruits they're guarding but whatever I did just can't seem to get past them. (Even changing to the character who has horns on his head--not the one in the screenshot, the green one--to stab them from below didn't work) Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Yea, same here. It's a bug, but I did manage to perform a glitch and got today's fruit trophy by force-quitting and continue playing it again even though I missed those fruits. Weird.
