Just a buck? Wow. I'd easily have paid $5, based on the Lite version. Grab this one tonight, guys.

I'm tempted to play the flash game, but I don't want to reveal all of what's coming up. anyone know if both games share the same levels?

also bought this game today, i bought alot today..ouch, anyway i love this game. the pixel art is perfect and works great in this platformer. game has a ton of levels and raiting sytem to replay to get more stars. some levels are hard as hell and others not so much but they did get the balance right on. so yeah i love the flash version and i love this version, i thought maybe the controls wouldnt work so hot, but they are as good as they can get. love it :)

With all of the Super Meat Boy comparisions, is it really as hard? I love SMB on the 360, but haven't gotten very far in it due to the extreme difficulty. If this is up the same alley, I'm hesitent to pick it up (like platformers, but was never particularly great at them).

Maybe not exactly as hard, but certainly in the same genre.
I only played the lite, which had the first 8 levels, but based on that, I would lump it into the "frustrating short-level platformer" type, along with N+, Super Meat Boy, Mega Man, etc.

    THANK YOU for posting this!!!!

I was wondering how the gameplay would work out, so I played the first couple levels... I too don't want to ruin the game for myself... but after playing the browser version, I'm definitely going to pick this game up AS SOON as it hits the AppStore. =o)

sorry, i just cant stand this anymore. comparing this to super meat boy or N+ is like saying clay is as hard as stone.
having played the beta for a long (enough) time, i can safely say this is really not that difficult, and i wouldnt call myself great at platformers in any way.

the flash version, was pretty darn difficult, i admit, but they really tuned it down for the appstore release because they wanted it to reach a wider audience (which is by no means a bad choice!)

Awwww man. I was hoping the difficulty ramped up to insane. Having 200/200 both N+ and SMB, I'm looking for a challenge. Hopefully the devs create some level packs for the extra hardcore.

chances are they wont, because from a business standpoint, it's pretty futile.
