Game Impressions I like how in a sense all of the players are in their own little worlds just trying to keep their workers fed and make a profit. There aren't really any direct actions you can take against the other players other than possibly snagging up a building or resources an opponent had his eye on. Even then, if your opponent takes a really useful building before you had a chance at it, you can still use it for a pretty minor fee.
I see that Codito has an iPad retina update in the works. However, I've read some comments that the game looks rather fuzzy on an iPad 3. Should I wait for the update to purchase, or is the game still comfortably playable on the new iPad? Thanks.
Poppycock! While there is the ever feintist blur, I personally think it still looks very sharp compared to some other HD titles that don't hold up as well.

Yes, but if you are new to the game it will be very, very frustrating and take much longer to learn than if you had a physical copy of the game or had it on the iPad. I also don't know how it looks on a non-retina iPhone/iPod, it could be worse there.
I own the iPhone 4, I like playing board games that are that little bit different then the normal. From your comment trying on my phone puts me off and I don't have a iPad looks like one I have to pass on
Nice! My only whine these days is how I RARELY receive the "Your Turn" GC messages from this game and, much I'm sure to my opponents annoyance, just have to guess as to when the others might have taken a turn.
yes I got this on sale for $1 and been waiting to learn how to play it till retina came out. Guess I have no more excuses left anymore. Can't wait to see it...downloading update now.
Le Havre version 1.3 is now available in the App Store. Mainly bug fixes, but also adds a "local lobby" so you can have up to 12 local games going at once. We'll be working on further enhancements in the coming months, and hope to work on expansion cards at some point in 2013 too! Happy gaming!
I would normally snap this up. It looks great. Sadly after watching some lets play on YouTube, I think its just too complex for me. Bah :/

Hmm... have you tried re-starting the app? Possibly logging in and out of Game Center may be required too. But we definitely saw our own games come back after going missing.
I've tried logging in/out of GC, rebooting the device, rebooting the device while logged out of GC, logging in via the app... nothing works.
