Put in a call to apple store support team to resolve this issue. They have let me know that they were currently addressing this issue. Issue has been resolved, as was able to download from the canadian store. Cheers, mjb.
This isn't that bad of a game but I found it was more of an interactive episode. The first episode was really short and they held your hand the entire way. What really pisses me off is I paid something like $2.99 for the first episode and I also paid $2.99 for the second episode. Then once they released the third episode they also had an option to get all episodes in one purchase for a cheaper price but that option should have been available from the start otherwise I wouldn't have wasted $2.99 on episode 2 and I would have bought them all from the start. Oh well too late now. I'm going to play the rest of the second episode and likely be done with it.
