Because the artwork in it is made like current gen console games artwork is made with high poly sculpts baked in normal maps and such and the team on it is really small. Im also doing artwork for several Crescent Moon Games on the side. We also plan to make a beta test before and can use some motivated testers for it then.
You showed admirable restraint in that response. I would have gone with something like "Because I'm not your coding b&tch!" But perhaps that would have been inappropriate .
The pictures you have been posting look great! I'd love to beta test for you when you get to that point just let me know! I haven't played a jousting game since I was real young and had one on the NES that I loved haha
Yea, we still have some work to do before we can start the beta testing. In the meantime here are some new screens, they show the cave theme and the 2 power ups shown before in action. The bat that will try to bite you in the head is also in there. It might be familiar to you. It will definately have a lot of content, randomly generated world from very varied environments makes every game really different and there will also be a story mode on top of it. Much more then the usual endless runner game.
There is also a volcano theme! Lots of lava that you have to be careful not to fall in. There are also 2 other themes that i have not shown yet.
