I'm very interested in a promo code if any more are still avaliable. Thanks. I got a Nintendo when I was younger and my life has never been the same since, it came with Mario Bros, I can hear the theme music and see the koopa troopers now... then there was my 6th birth, mario themed... and onward...
Pitfall was right up there with jumpman and miner2049 for me. Spent so much time with pitfall that we started speed runs on it and learned the patterns of vines and crocs. We could run entire courses without ever stopping. Good times. All codes have been handed out. Again, if you didnt get one... I should have some more to send out later in the week or next. So I'll start a new contest and you can try your luck then.
Sorry, posted earlier, but didn't see your note about naming the earliest platformer I played. I used to own a Colecovision and the original Donkey Kong was my first platformer!
i would like a code if possible... thanks a lot! one of my favourites games in the old days was Hunchback on C64... a masterpiece!!!
Not sure if any codes are left...I doubt it, but if there are I would love one. The earliest platformer I played was either Pitfall or Donkey Kong, although I don't really consider those in the same league as Super Mario Bros, which was the first Nintendo game I ever played when I received it for Christmas many, many years ago.
I'd love one too, if there are any left. I think it was the "WonderWizard" pong game. Also remember playing one of the first light gun games - I think it was a Coleco game.
I can't recall but it should be Nintendo. I just remember doing the standard action of blowing the dust from the bottom of the catridge and pluggin it in whenever the machine can't sense it. I was playing Sonic and another vertical scroller, some airplane shoot em up.
Almost done with the next update for Lars: Super Action Danger Lizard, so I've got some promo codes for the first 10 people to reply to this thread. Must have at least 30 posts. They're close to expiring too, so you'd need to use them right away. Who wants to play a platformer today.
Looks like he's got a few codes left yet. If you don't already have this game and you like platformers, get it. It's a lot of fun, and the graphics are pretty sharp. Besides, you get to play a lizard. How cool is that?
