This is a null point if you ask me. Why would you search for a specific users levels unless a) you've been in contact with them/read their blog/been recommended by someone/whatever... in which case you would have been told their ID in all cases... ...or b) downloaded one of their levels already, in which case you have a direct link there in the game. Are you expecting to talk to someone and hear them say "yeah I made a level pack, but I'm not telling you my ID, only my username". How many situations are there where you know there's a specific pack you want, but the ID info wasn't available when you found out about it?
I did say it was a good thing... just said it could be simpler for the average consumer to use. The general market for iPhone games are not hardcore gamers, you know.
A few things: First of all, 90% of the games you just mentioned are extremely old (6 or more months ago). What was amazing then may not be as incredible now. Things change over time. Remember when Castle of Magic, Flick Fishing, World of Tunes, Clue (which I still love), and Block Breaker Deluxe 2 (one of the first iPhone games) came out? All of these were groundbreaking for their time. There are some that are definitely dated on that list, such as CozyQuest, Space Ninja, Besiegement, Gaia, and others. Also, many of these games come from different genres. Not exactly comparable to Labyrinth 2. If you look at reviews for almost anything, expectations are raised over time as the market expands and matures. Calling us out for games we gave fours a long time ago is a moot point.
That is true, but in general people won't remember a code off the top of their head if they want to have their friend download his/her level pack. A username or even ability to search by pack name would go a long way. Unique IDs are counter intuitive.
Multiplayer demo video posted to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sc64Vs6MTBI I will also soon (in 1-2 days) post a more elaborate post on the game to the multiplayer update / news catch-up thread ( http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?p=419463 ) and, finally, may also update the main multiplayer article here at the User Reviews forum (see http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=34037 ). The latter will only be done later (if the quality of the title warrants it, that is). NOTE: the usual remarks explained at the bottom of http://forums.toucharcade.com/showpost.php?p=660985&postcount=10 (see section “4. The videos”) apply – that is, 3G vs. 3G S speed comparison; only one player etc.

Hi, I would not hold my breath for a sale happening. As wootbean points out, this developers app do not go on sale. The first Labyrinth did but I think that was due to a competitive product that came out. Even then, it was months later for a drop in price. There is no competitor product to rival this, it is utterly unique. Looks, and sounds, by the many posts here that this is worth the money and I am planning to buy this soon myself. Not that anyone cares, except the developer of course. David
I can't agree enough, Illusion Laabs' games definitely have the best value for your money. Trust me, I don't say that about every developer's games
