This looks incredibly good from the screenshots and video. I don’t care if there are only 8 levels, for 2 bucks it’s worth a shot. Was coming back to say exactly what you said. Would be nice to get rid of the overlay but at least it’s fairly dim. Great gameplay too, so far. Good old 2D hack n slash. You can recover lost currency by catching the piggy bank near where you died last. Excellent, excellent game, and it looks like the original Kraino might be getting a “Reanimated” version next year. Obvious Castlevania and Shovel Knight influences right off the bat, and that is a wonderful thing.
