Ha, cool! Been getting lots of feedback on the Quests, but basically none on the achievements. Which was the most enjoyable? Any of them boring? Thanks, it's always great to hear! Hehe, yeah, I'm thinking the same
Nope None of them are boring but my favorites were hitting the ufo, the point ones, and not missing a certain number of balls.
Couldn't do an improved version yet, so I decided to put this one up anyways. I WILL make a better version sometime (this one isn't even completed: i forgot to put the numbers under WORLD). Hope you like it. Also, I plan on making the improved version have no smudges. My scanner made them extremely easy to see.
Congrats! Cool Speaking of achievements... I'm very satisfied that i finally got to make a reference to my "love to hate song" achy breaky heart I just... I've got this weird thing about that song. I just can't stand it, but in some ways it's also extremely fun in all it's lack of taste. Impossible to stop listening to it. Masochism? Anyhow, brilliant Yeah, we've also been talking about it (multiplayer). But looking at our sales for Kosmo Spin right now, honestly, it's not really feasible to make such a big project as a multiplayer mode in a free update
Then make it IAP like Tilt to Live did. Multiplayer would make this game even greater.... and replay value will go through the roof....
Yeah that's an idea. A personal note on In App purchases, though: I have this thing, whenever I see that a game has IAP "Okey, so I'm not buying the full game from the start?". Am I the only one?
Unfortunate I have to agree with you. I think we've been trained to think that way, even though it's usually only a buck.
Nope, I really do dislike games with iaps for that same reason. Thus I tend to shy away from them unless it is a big hit or something unique. Another downfall of iap is that the consumers would much rather have a free update than iap thus ratings will probably fall just for that. Still, others would much rather have iap than another new app with slightly added features that does not equate to a sequel.
:/ I'm pretty sure we won't be adding any In App Purchases for Kosmo Spin. But yeah, as you say, it's a fine line. That said - We will make more updates with new quests and achievements.
Noooooooo! Bring on the multiplayer iap! Multiplayer improves any game, as long as it's not laggy. You MUST heed these wise words of wisdom.
It would probably make more sense (and be more fun) to make Kosmo Spin 2, than to make new in app purchases for Kosmo Spin. But, right now we're focusing 100% on the next game.

Are there any plans to put the music video on iTunes? I was looking for it the other day, but i was surprised to find it wasn't on there. I'd buy it
Can you actually buy music videos on iTunes (in Sweden, there's no movie/video section in iTunes) Putting up the song would be up to Wearethemassacre. But you do know that we have the song available for download for free on our sites, right? (The video is also up on Vimeo in much higher quality than youtube http://vimeo.com/19060864 ) www.simogo.com www.kosmospin.com In other news... We'll pretty soon unveil our next game We hinted at it here: http://simogo.com/blog/2011/01/27/inspiration/
I'm having a graphical issue with this game on iPad 2. The brightness almost looks like it's been set all the way down. Anyone else have this problem? I think it's gonna need a patch to fix...
That's the first I've heard of that. We have not had the chance to try it out on iPad 2 yet, since it's not released in Sweden yet (it will be out this week). Could you please describe it further, maybe take a screenshot? Here's how to contact us, just send a mail. http://www.simogo.com/contact/ Thanks for letting us know, we will try to adress it to the next update.
