Hey I'm wondering what you guys plan on doing with the achievements that are broken/can't be unlocked as I'm pretty sure back a few pages it was said that they cannot be erased. The best combo in the entire game is the devs as: Cleric, Mage, Hunter, Shaman, and Bard. AoE LIKE A BAWSSS. Beat the game in <500 days probably can beat it in the minimum possible days with the only thing taking longer than 1 day being gathering quests as sometimes those are luck based and not kill based.

I had the same, but with Pally instead of Cleric. I beat it in 458, but think I could get it under 400, maybe 350, if I focused on speed. I also think you could shave a lot of time by knocking some of the gathering quests out ahead of time. The Witch, in particular, takes a ton of travel time.
Clouds I love the fun nostalgic approach of this game, but decide if you'll be playing on ipad or iphone (assuming you have both), because the in app purchases are not transferable, nor any progress made. Other than that it's great fun!
yes we are working ever since. we never stopped working on it though. nice to know that there are people wanting to know about it. so, uh, I know how annoying that is but we're waiting for apple to review the patch. sorry about that! a sweet secret will be revealed at the shipwreck cove once the patch is available. i really hope everyone enjoy it. yeah, broken achievements are broken for this moment. I'll try to figure out what we're doing for them, we can't even change nor delete them because some people already done it and etc. I love aoe parties so much ahhah they're so effective versus lots of monsters.
Well it gives me some more time to level up my party, im trying Flowers Necro Hyx Shaman Betu Ranger Little Brother Cleric (Chang from a bard) Hugo Knight (change from a barb) It's a little less offensive than my previous party but I think the cleric is a better healer and the Knight is the best tanker (just a lil less threat and has to refresh his shield more often but he has a crit rate and heals by doing damage and he will be augmented by the necro) I found that late game the bard doesn't heal enough and barb is utterly useless, can't kill 7 of the lv 42 birdys at the portal let alone mom without dying and I'm nuts about keeping everyone at the same exp amount
For those who haven't seen: "Knights of Pen and Paper +1 Edition coming to Steam" http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/26/knights-of-pen-and-paper-1-edition-coming-to-steam/ I was holding off on asking since it didn't seem like the art for each location was wide enough, but since it's being released on Steam in widescreen, is there any chance of an OUYA port? Some kind of co-op (or pvp?) experience would be cool, but I can't really think of how it'd work given the turn-based nature of the game. Maybe you can have two games going on simultaneously on two halves of the screen, and you can battle the other player if you want? (cloud saves would be needed for this to really work) I guess it could work somewhat like the battles with the devs in the story.
According to Polygon.com the +1 Edition will be published by Paradox Interaction; since that is a different published does that mean this will be a separate app? If so that stinks that we'd have to re-purchase the game.
On the front page TouchArcade said that it's an update for the mobile versions, so you shouldn't have to rebuy it. They probably just parterned with Paradox so they don't have to go through Steam Greenlight.

well i just beat mom! necro 10 mp drain skill, 10 minion, rest crit and lifesteal skill, 4 fourrings shaman 30 energy field, 1vine, 1whirlwind, 4 fourrings hunter 10 crit, 20 Heart shot (+113%!, he was hitting 250s crit) rest aoe (dont ask why) 4 fourrings cleric 20 aoe heal (65s) rest weakening, 4 fourrings Knight 11 crit/lifesteal 1shield, 10 Dragonblood, 10 threatskill, 2 fourrings 2 polmetals all level 33 cleric used weaken then spamed heals teh rest of teh match, died 3 times as well but my hunter revived and then it was clerics turn instantly. Knight did shield then threat (had 90%) then used Dblood and reshielded when neccisary Hunter used heart shot every turn except to revive cleric. Shaman did enfield then whirlwind then enfield on necro, then vine and kept refressing enfields whirlwind and vine as neccisary Necro used crit skill on cleric hitting hunter and knight, then spammed minions for 123 entire match cept a few times he needed mp so he used basic attack (healed 38+39 regen from equips) was a pretty good build if you ask me, cleric only died because on multiple occasions Mom targeted the cleric with 2 attacks for 149 (he only had 4% threat the actual chance of that is freaking 1.6%) she also used meteor 3 turns in a row, almost thought i was a gonner but she didnt use it again for 3 turns which was enough time to heal (had my hunter shaman and necro and cleric sitting in the low 20s). the knight was healing constant 65s from cleric and heal for ~160 on his Dblood turns and ~50s on his shield turns and when you take half damage and have 420+ hp thats enough to survive (he never really had full hp cept first round). Mom was taking 428 damage a turn from stacked DoT from heart shot (125) whirlwind (80+) vine (80+) and minion (123). took around 12-18 turns (didnt keep track, but i only refreshed the enfields like 2 times total) to win. i feel like this is an accomplishment for such an offensive build, no defence potions or nothing only phoenix+ items. On another note this party did pure grinding up to level 28, then did all story quest dropping me at 33, just did shipwreck cove questline and now 35. i have around 9500 gold, max gear and all 20 four rings. i feel rich . funny to see the cove is "done" but nothing happens, cant wait for teh update but hey Apple reviews have ranged from 3 hours to 2 weeks so lets not get our hopes up.
Incredible. I actually read your build/strategy and I read it again out loud to everyone here in our team. We were all impressive on how you did manage to think on a total different build. Congratulations. For the update, the iOS/Android, we didn't place any new content in the game. The patch is live already but we put some features in the game I believe they were written in the patch notes. --edit: btw, everyone that made through the mom quest (and actually visited our booth at GDC2013) received a knights of pen & paper t-shirt. haha
Woah, my build was able to impress the devs, thats an accomplishment in my eyes. after i beat mom and hit levle 36 i decieded to try a new build, with a rouge instead of a cleric. i found that because the healing soft caps at 65 for 20 levels for a party heal adn a single target heal only affects one person (which my knight would have ~90% threat and heals himself more than my cleric possibly can..) and heals aren't affected by magic stat or even static field i deciede to replace the cleric with a hunter who will have the following build 1 concussion since elites are immune and duration never increases, 10 vanish because any more wont be neccisary with a necromancer buffing, then i will softcap Doublestrike then the rest go into poison. i also changed the necro to gui, the hunter to flowers and my rouge is little brother, the shaman is still hynx and the Knight is still Hugo (cant beat that threat and the crit is nice to have) i still have my 36 power party around but unless there is an update that allows healing to increase with either level or magic then i wont touch them most likely.
Any solid release date for the +1 edition? I'm playing the game but holding off on deleting one of my characters to make room for a new class because of the Tavern feature coming up!
