You wouldn't want to play this on your phone. It drains the iPad battery like it's nothing. Also, I don't feel like there is enough screen real estate on the iPad. Can't imagine trying to play it on an even smaller screen. There are some truly great games for the iPhone, but this just isn't one of them.
I really like this, it's a top down hack and slash a la Diablo 3. It's free to play, BUT you can replay levels as much as you want because there is no stamina bar. Has dual currency but most items can be acquired through grinding. Weekly events for rare items, that I have gotten as a casual player so it's not pay to win, it is pay to progress faster. This is the way f2p gaming should be, I am very impressed by the game. Server has some issues fr time to time that requires a game close down to fix, but not game breaker. It is online only so that may discourage some, but if you have an iPad and enjoy this genre, I think this is the best hack n slash I've played on iOS to date
I'm stuck with no inventory space and offered to buy gems. The lowest I can purchase is $6.49 I wonder how often this is going to happen? It's got a great interface very clear about upgrades so you know which stuff is better to equip but the constant spamming to buy more gems for space @ $6.49 a pop has me concerned. It means I'll have to try and trash stuff or forge it but I'm only going to run out of room again after another quest. Ok the workaround is to SELL and FIRGE stuff when you get back to town. So leave on your quests with as empty a bag as possible. I think the game has the BEST interface I've ever seen. So intuitive. I'm more than happy to put some money into this but not repeatedly so I'll wait and see.
Yes, they do offer you item upgrades after completing a quest or event, it the games way of trying to make money. I can deal with that b/c they don't use outside ads and I love not having s stamina bar. I have dropped some cash on this one because I really enjoy it and think it deserves it.
Did everyone get an offer for 1,000 gems for $1.29? I took that one because that's a $12 deal. Does anyone know how to create a guild? I tried to and had 5,000 coins and went through the process but when I tapped on create guild nothing seems to happen. Do I wait or have I made a mistake somewhere or is it a bug? This game is beginning to make me feel it's a top game. So far I'm extremely impressed with it.
This is by far the best game I've played for a while. Excellent depth and graphics are awesome. Only 58mb!!!
I asked on Twitter 2 weeks when it was coming to iPhone and developer said they are doing final tweaks and should be within 1-2 months
Glad some others have liked it now as I stated it was pretty good a while ago. I have gotten bored with it since but waiting on iPhone version now.
