Shouldn't there be a separate thread for HD version in the iPad section, especially when this isn't a Universal game?
Do they have the Gem things that you can buy in this game? I'm sorry but that completely ruined the first game for me.
Because it felt like they tweaked the gameplay as to encourage you to buy Gems. After the update that introduced the Gems, the new maps threw more enemies at you, and sometimes it felt the only way to get a three star rating was to buy the perks with Gems. I really disliked the idea of buying hearts, and throwing grenades and bombs on your enemies, it just took me out of the flow of the game and felt awkward. Well hopefully they are only optional this time, but lets just say I'm less excited about this game now It's a shame as the first one felt perfect before that update.
Maybe. I confess I didn't play all of the later challenges. I got plenty of enjoyment out of it just from playing the earlier parts, though. Well then, if you never played any of the subsequent content, it couldn't be ruined?
The thing I loved about the first one is that all the levels are beatable without using any advantages, but they are just really, really hard.
I love the hero aspect of this game! That's probably one of my favorite features. I did notice how they changed it so it takes a while to level up (and it carries over), so it'll increase replay value and give me a better sense of accomplishment leveling my characters.
Oh boy, the amount of quality in this game is astonishing! I've played only the first few levels so far but I can see there's a bunch of cool new features. And there's IAP, but it's totally optional stuff. Get it already/ASAP!
Does anyone know if the game is universal or not? When they did the impressions on the front page the link says universal
The game is as awesome as anticipated, but the annoying pay to win gem system is there. You dont have to use it at all, but its there. I understand that it makes the most money, but was hoping in my heart they would exclude it if it the game had a premium pricetag wich it does. Oh well, like I said, the gameplay we all want is there and its untouched.
I'm keeping an eye on the IAP subject. I refuse to pay 5 dolars on a freemium game. If this game is a paid freemium, I'm out.
I beat the first game, every level on every difficulty, with no IAP and no gem boosts. Stop confusing "forces IAP" with "I'm not good at this game."
