      IIRC you can create a US account (with the same email) which can be done without a credit card through iTunes. Redeem the respective codes and download games onto your device, then switch back to your original country. iTunes shouldn't have any problems with syncing. Unless I'm wrong I did this (except the other way around) with PvZ2 since it was available in another country when it first came out. To this day I haven't had any problems except for that it seems to never be "bought" under my US account, but it can still update without any problems.

      All codes appear to have been redeemed, fooey! ^_^. I tried both the IGN page and the other link provided for iPad.

      i have a US account. I live in Puerto Rico, a territory of the US. So i don't know why i can't take a download code

      Can it be redeemed to a Canadian acct? Also does the game automatically update even when I am signed to my primary non us acct? Finally if I can redeem to Canada acct can some one send a code for iPad (hd version)

      Never had an issue in redeeming the code from IGN. Seems people gathered multiple codes and posted here and that's why all of the codes were already redeemed. After 10 attempts, manage to get codes for both iPad and iPhone.

      I must just have terrible luck, lol. Still no codes that work, trying to get the iPad version. I try to repopulate on the IGN page but it keeps cycling through the same codes.

      Edit: Persistence pays off! I finally got one through the IGN page after an insane amount of attempts... Regardless, Yay!
