Thanks for the farming tips! Are you farming the boss on Volume 5, Page 5/6? Personally the drops didn't seem that good.. Also why not use 2 x Superior DAN4-H3? It's then affected by the Robot Hit Rate ++.. Or do you prefer the black chests? Spoiler Re: Statues, I did go for the King, but another dropped first ;-p
Actually, I would prefer to use 2 x Superior Spiked Flail (but I only have 1) because the Robot Hit Rate+ "Adds 1 copy of an equipped robot during battle." It randomly selects ONE of your equipped robots to copy, and I would rather it copy the TRB4 than the Superior DAN4-H3. That is why I am using 3 Large Enemy Baits to farm the boss (plus it increases the odds of my chest producing weapons hitting more often). I am farming the boss on page 5/6 of Volume 5. The boss drops level 12 loot (currently the highest level), but also has the chance to drop lower stuff as well. I collect 3 of EVERY item in the game, once I get an item that says I have 3 owned then I sell them. This boss and the secret fight on page 2 are the only fights that consistently drop things that I do not have 3 copies of. But the secret fight on page 2 is ridiculously difficult to beat (let alone farm), so I am focusing on the boss of page 5.
Also, I believe that just like when farming Wooden Fun 5, you can still get better loot in black chests than gold chests.
If that's the case, then wouldn't the ideal be: 2 x Superior Spiked Flail 1 x TRB4 2 x Large Enemy Bait 1 x Robot Hit Rate++ In that case it would provide 2 copies of TRB4 Currently trying this out, though I can't farm the last boss on autopilot with this (Alchemist, Cyborgette and King, as need to farm the secret for these three) Good call on the Black vs. Gold chests Also I would farm 3 x of everything, but with no way to sort or filter the items it just ended up being messy, so I sold everything except the top gold / purple items in each category
That is the set up that I plan to use, once I get another SSF and a RHR++ (or even better a RHR+++) As for autopilot farming, I have put my Spoiler statue hunting on hold for the time being. This is my current farm setup: lvl 9 Cherries lvl 9 Luck lvl 8 Necromancer lvl 8 Gunner lvl 9 Fighter 1 x TRB4 1 x Superior Spiked Flail 1 x Suprior DAN4-H3 3 x Large Enemy Bait With that setup I can autopilot farm the boss with about an 80% success rate. I usually beat him with 12 to zero cherries left (sometimes in Berserk mode). But I like taking as many turns as possible because it gives you the most opportunities to get chests. My best run so far was 7 chests in one run (my best on ANY fight in the game is like 14 chests in one run.)
So, the new super-secret boss is sweet ;-p His strength is pretty annoying though.. Image uploading still.. in the meantime.. Superior Double Edged Axe 80 | 4 | +1 Fighter Lv For the love of.. How do you make images smaller?! That thing is HUGE...

Unlockables Ok, so I'm trying to unlock all the new goodies, here's what's in the App Store description: ---------------------------------------- 6 new unique weapons Spoiler I think these are actually "Ruby", not Diamond as in the description. So far I have (all gotten by using the corresponding statue): - Necromancer - Ruby Hipster - Tamer - Ruby Anaconda - Gunner - Ruby Grenade - Fighter - Ruby Mace Plus got the statue for the King. Does this also come from the tip "It seems that exploding robots behave strangely in Volume 5", or is that tip for something else? The 3 secret weapons are Atma Weapon, Applecat and TRB4. I was just pointing out that there's now 3 secret weapon total. Sorry for the confusion.
Thanks Multi - Can you also please confirm that the new secret weapons are Ruby, not Diamond like in the App Store descrip? If so that solves that question ;-p
