Looking forward to it!! Apple's been on a bit of a crackdown recently in the approvals, but hopefully this one'll sail through
Man I hate to say it but this update might of come to late. I fired it up and just don't feel like playing really.
New update is looking awesome! A few points I'd like to make: 1) Still disappointed that you didn't find a way to put the item levels somewhere on the item info boxes. You have so much empty space on the right side. 2) The Ruby Potion seems to crash my game every time I use it in battle. 3) You should also ask Eli Hodapp for a front page news posting about your update. This game update is more significant than most other games make. Tilt to Live 2 also got an update and a news posting about it, but it's a much smaller update than this. 4) Has the bug with black chests containing better items than golden chests been fixed? 5) There is a spelling error in one of the tips: "Satues drop from any enemy in volume 5" 6) This tip has poor grammar: "Hit often with a party member type for more chance to get the matching statue." Instead, you could try something like this: "Hit more often with a party member type for a greater chance to get the matching statue."
I love the new update! By the way, anyone else get the new unique secret weapon? It's actually named after me! Thank you so much Multimage
Got my first Ruby weapon (for Tamer), but not the secret weapon ;-p Any tips? Assume it has something to do with robots "Acting Weird"
Glad you like it! 1) Terribly sorry about that one. I wanted to add this, it was added to a list, but it seems I totally forgot to do it... 2) I'll have to look into this. 3) Yeah I usually tell Jared about my updates I just have not made the media kit for it yet. 4) I tried something and all traces say that it should work OK but it still happened to me that I got better stuff with black rather than gold... I'll have to look deeper yet again for the next update... 5) and 6) Thanks for pointing those out. I'll patch this in the next quick update, fixing the potion at the same time. Thanks everyone for your support! Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions!
Lovin' it Thank you Multimage!! Still the #1 most addictive game on iOS.. Unfortunately already sunk a lot of time in this and I'm supposed to be working ;-p Making progress on the drops, but it's incredibly slow going! Worth it when it does come up though :-D
Also I notice that the next Chapter says "Coming soon" - Does that mean that work on this will still continue? To ensure you're getting the compensation you deserve, would you make each subsequent chapter IAP?
Remind me again please how to get secret weapons? Tamer Collector Enemy = Using Tamer character and having portrait equipped and just winning? Glad to see an update and you're still supporting it .Also, would love to see a further way to sort items even more so, as there are so many to go through. Great game and excited to find all the secrets in the update!
Yes work will continue but at a slightly slower pace. The artist needs a break and might only start working on it later next year. As for IAP, I don't want to add it in KC2. The amount of players reaching the later volumes is really low and this wouldn't be a viable solution. So yeah, you guys paid for the game, you are getting it full and it's staying that way. We are working on another version of King Cashing 2 though. This one is free and features IAP all through the game. It's aimed at a different demographic and people who got King Cashing 2 won't find anything new in the game. Of course you should still download it once it's out just to help us climb the ranking This time you need to find statues instead of paintings. Once you have it, fight a collector with the statue and matching party member. Win the battle to get the unique weapon. The unique potion is bugged though. This will be patched in a quick update I'll be submitting soon.
Is resetting your skill points capped in terms of cost now? Or does it still continue to keep doubling every time? *EDIT* Nevermind, seems to be capped at 20k
I love the TRB4 weapon, but sadly to use it most effectively I have to remove my second favorite party member from my team. It just doesn't make sense to use TRB4 and Cyborgette at the same time. With Cyborgette on the team, the TRB4 is destroyed during her critical for a measly 27 damage if it doesn't trigger the 300 bonus damage. Without Cyborgette on the team, the TRB4 simply does a pitiful 10 damage if it doesn't trigger the 300 bonus damage, BUT it remains in play until it does trigger. So by using Cyborgette you are effectively losing out on a potential extra 283 damage when you destroy a TRB4 with her critical. I think this is the first unique secret weapon that actually discourages getting critical hits with it. Not that this is necessarily a bad thing, if anything it makes the TRB4 an incredibly viable weapon for every setup EXCEPT with Cyborgette. By the way, my absolute favorite party member is the Necromancer because he works so well with ANY weapon setup, because he doesn't need any weapons in the reels because he will add his own. I love using him in every fight because he just constantly fills my 2nd reel with new weapons. Which is especially helpful when my TRB4s keep (hopefully) exploding.
Oddly I didn't get on with the Necro quite so well.. Each individual hit by him is much lower compared to other fully levelled characters, so yes he may fill the reels and do more damage later, but assumes some luck (or timing the wheels) Personally I prefer any of the others other than Scientist as they do more consistently high damage
Got secret weapon :-D Spoiler Working on the statues next... Anyone got the King's one and the associated secret baddy?
Hmm, different strokes for different folks I suppose. I like the Necromancer because his ability ISN'T dependent on critical hits like everyone else's abilities are. As far as weapons go, I am really enjoying the TRB4 so far. It seems to trigger way more often then 33% on average (or maybe I am just lucky ). The other weapon I use in almost every setup is a Filled XXL Transmutation Potion, I just love the randomness and variety of it. Plus it is something that potentially anyone can critical hit with. I can't wait till I get the Filled XXXL version . Those are my only real "standby" weapons, although currently I am using TRB4, Superior Spiked Flail, and Superior DAN4-H3 to farm the final boss for chests. For bonuses I have lately (Since getting TRB4) been using 3x Robots Hit Rate+ to increase the TRB4 hit rate from 5 to 8 (especially since they are destroyed when successful). However, perhaps the most over powered bonus gear I have is Large Enemy Bait. 3 of those adds 9 additional targets to the 3rd wheel (arguably the most important reel), and essentially increases the overall damage of your spins. I mean you could have your 1st and 2nd reels filled with party members and weapons and it wouldn't do you any good if you never hit the enemy. However if a Robot Hit Rate+++ exists then it would probably be the better choice than Large Enemy Bait. After all, 14 TRB4s could potentially do 4340 damage BY THEMSELVES.
I am still working on that one myself, it seems like it will take a ton of grinding/luck. If the drop rate for Spoiler statues is anything like the Spoiler paintings then I am kicking myself for not trying for the King's first, since your first drop has a MUCH higher chance.
