    Sorry for not responding sooner. It seems that there's a bug affecting savegames for new players only. I will submit a quick patch for that but I'll also fix other small things.

    I didn't get the time to experiment with global leaderboards yet. Maybe next update! :)

    Bonus loots do not increase the chance for painting drops but Luck does.

    Yes, but it will only unlock the full weapon once you win a battle and have 128 or more hits with it.

    Yes it can take some time. Keep in mind those are special weapons and are not necessary to finish the game.

    Only a small percentage of people playing reached the end of volume 3. So we figured that volume 4 should give a bigger challenge. What we plan to do is make it easier once volume 5 is out just so someone playing for the first time or starting a new game can always reach the last volume but the last volume is always the toughest one.

    1. My mistake, never played with potions on an iPhone... Sorry about that. Will try to fix in a quick fix update. I've found other small bugs too that I plan to patch rapidly.

    Thanks for reporting the bug. A fix will be submitted soon. Just don't start any new game on that save slot. Other save slots should work fine.

    Never thought about that level mixed with hardcore!!! I'll make it so this level does not kill you in hardcore since it's like training.

    Unique weapons are not a necessity. They are aimed at people wanting more out of the game once they've finished it all. But I agree that amulets are a little weak so they'll be 15% with next patch. Equipping 3 will yield good results, even more with high Luck.

    Once upon a time I planned to have sub-categories for weapons but it made everything too complicated. When I added the Atma weapon it was supposed to be more an easter until we decided to push it more since it was fun to play with. But back when I added it, I used the now defunct sub categories to check if it's a knife or not. Of course, the push dagger is considered a gauntlet so it doesn't work. But it makes no sense so I'll patch this in the quick update so that any melee weapon that can cut will give the Atma.

    About 4-5 hours to normally complete and another 2-3 hours if you plan on getting every weapon, gold star, etc.

    Thanks for the update Multimage! One outstanding question: Can you have two applecats?
    I've got one unlocked, but can I uncurse a second one?

    How many lv 10 items are there per category?
    So far I've got 3 in every weapon category except humans..

    Only 1 applecat at a time. If you ever sell your applecat, another will uncurse as soon as you finish a battle with a cursed kitten equipped since the counter is not reset. Each time it does, all cursed kittens are removed.

    3 per category.

    Hmm, I assumed anything with a value over 10k would be a LV 10 item, but got 4 different Melee items valued over 10k.. Flail, Sledgehammer, Morning Star, Broadsword

    Ah yes there are 4 level 10 weapons for the Fighter. This happened when the artist was making the pixel art early in the game. Sometimes he made 2 versions or variants of a weapon he we just kept both and named them differently. Other classes only have 3 for each level though.

    Where did you get these weapons by the way? Which level dropped these?

    I tried the secret pot plant, and final boss, but drops didn't seem as good. I don't think there's a better place to farm?

    It is the best place to farm but you seem to have had way too many good drops haha! It should give you level 9 weapons more often than not and a level 10 once in a while. But checking your list it seems you even got level 11 weapons! I really need to look into that because level 11 weapons were not supposed to drop until Volume 5!

    Oops ;-) (don't know what's Lv 11, mind PM'ing me which one?

    Also got a bronze ingot (bonus reel) only once, but chucked it out as I'm going for all silver minimum :)

    Silver minimum? I am going for 3x of EVERY item in the game (except for purples). Basically, when I open my chests at the end of a fight I just look at the Own: number. If it is 3 then I sell it, if it is 1 or 2 I keep it, if it is 0 then I actually look at what item it is to see if it is better then my current best equipment. I think I am going to make an excel spreadsheet of all the gear in the game later today.

    Thanks for the replies to all the questions!

    Would you be able to please include the level that an item is in its description or somewhere? It can help people to decide if they want to keep or sell items as well as knowing the rank of a new item they find.

    Are we going to see silver and gold variants of those "only bronze" items we have so far? Like the heart, +hit rate for zombies, etc?

    I don't know about Level, I often go just based on value..

    e.g. must be Gold, and minimum of 1K GP value

    Yup! Only golds for all weapons, minimum silver for all bonuses :)

    Without sorting I need to clear out all the unused stuff! All the stuff I keep is the top level available, all usable stuff :)

    Bronze ingot is level 9. As for the weapons, if the flail you talked about is a spiked flail then every weapon you listed is level 11!

    Yeah I wanted to add this somewhere but I felt the interface was cramped enough. Maybe I'll do a list in a wiki at some point as a side guide.

    Yes, most bonus item has a silver and gold variant but they are considered higher level bonuses so will start to drop more in volume 5.

    Here's an idea for a new achievement: Have at least 3 copies of 6 different zombies present within a single battle wheel.

    lol that would be fun to try and get. Would make some people go "WUT?" at first especially since you can't use the +hit rate for zombies items to get enough of the copies.

    There is plenty of space in the area below the item's "icon" (sword for melee, cog for cyborgs, rat for animals, etc.)

    Even if you just put a small number for the level without any "Level" wording, that would be sufficient. A wiki is one thing, but this kind of information should be present right in-game. In fact, this kind of information would be more important to me than, say, showing how many I have equipped.

    Could you also please look into increasing the drop rates of paintings? I've been grinding for the cyborg & king painting for almost 2 hours now (1 scepter + 2 cyborgs + 3 cyborg hit rate) and getting nothing but garbage. Been attacking that axe-wielding dude weak to cyborgs (I'm too young to die!").

    Grinding is fun to an extent, but when it starts rolling into the hours, it quickly becomes stale.

    I was trying to think of some crazy setup like this:

    Party:

    Gunner
    Fighter
    Cyborgette

    Weapons:
    Diamond Dog
    Diamond Dude Bro
    Filled XL Transmutation Potion

    Bonus:
    3x Potion Hit Rate+

    This setup would allow you to have every party member except for the Alchemist (or who ever is your weakest member) AND the Transmutation Potion would allow every party member to have a chance at doing Critical hits.
