Why think of new users as much as the existing players who probably have all beat chapter 3 and grinded it. How many new users will there be just because of a new chapter though? Well your the dev you prob know best :)

If there aren't going to be any new users (=new sales) then there's no point him updating the app is there? So any updates have to be aimed at new players as well as existing players.

Well there is a point as hes updating it for his true fans that bought it day 1 and saw the volume 4 coming soon there from the get go. I am just stating my concern that most of his players have beat all volunes and grinded to get the cool stuff. So I was asking to not make the next chapter to easy.

Hey Multimage, can you give us a list of the top tier weapons? I don't even really need the stats, just a list of the weapons names. That way I will know when I am done farming for them. Thank you.

    Alchemist lv 3

    Golden Robot head (30/5)
    Superior Iron Chain robot (33/3)

I'd say 1000 per battle is about right. I was doing about 1200-1400 on average with 3 perfect cherries, using lvl 9 cyborgette, lvl 5 necromancer, and a low level fighter.

I don't know if that is the best setup for doing damage. Sure the robots do a lot of damage when they explode, but they are also removed from the reel after they explode. This means that you start doing less and less damage per spin, unless you are good at aiming.

    Here is my setup:

    Cherries lv 8
    Luck lv 8

    Fighter lv 3
    Necromancer lv 4
    *ANYONE*

    Atma Weapon (?/6) Weapon power = Cherries x 3!
Energetic Gaming Warrior (47/3) 25% chance to add 1 copy of itself on hit.
XL Transmutation Potion (?/3) Transmutes in a level 9 weapon on hit.

    3 x Perfect Cherry

Using this set-up I do an average of around 1,200 damage per fight against the 3rd endurance boss. Since my cherries are lv 8, I start with 45 cherries, this means that my Atma Weapon does 135 damage on the first spin, and does 9 damage less on each subsequent spin. However, the 3 Perfect Cherries that I have equipped not only give me 2-4 extra spins per fight, it also helps me do more damage with the Atma Weapon. By having Luck lv 8, I have a very good chance of having each weapon appear 1-2 additional times in reel 2, and I am almost guaranteed to get Berserk at the end of the fight. The Necromancer and the Energetic Gaming Warrior both add additional humans to the 2nd reel, so by the end of the fight there are no misses in reel 2. The XL Transmutation Potion will randomly turn into any lv 9 weapon for any class, therefore I don't need to equip the Alchemist to use it, I just equip my strongest character, in my case a lv 3 Gunner, but you could use anyone (for you I would suggest your high level Cyborgette, the best part is that you'll be getting critical hits without decreasing the weapons in reel 2.). The XL Transmutation Potion also provides my Fighter and Necromancer with additional critical hits as well sometimes.

The only improvements that I plan on making are to max out my Luck and Cherries levels, and hopefully find a Filled XL Transmutation Potion. Then I will work on leveling up my Necromancer so that he can fill reel 2 with higher level humans.

If anyone else has a higher DPS (Damage per Spin) set-up, I would love to hear it.

Thanks for the list Multimage :D

So the top tier for weapons is Level 8? Because the XL Transmutation Potion claims that it becomes a random Level 9 weapon, is that incorrect?

Can you tell me where you get the Atma weapon? Also are you guys playing all classes on 1 game or have seperate games for different classes? I have 2 games going 1 with 3 classes and another with 3 different classes.

I only have 1 game right now. I am Level 20 with the following status:

    Cherries level 8
    Luck level 8
    Fighter level 3
    Gunner level 3
    Tamer level 2
    Alchemist level 2
    Cyborgette level 3
    Necromancer level 4

As you can see, I have put almost every skill point into Luck or Cherries, only leveling up characters when the next Luck and Cherries upgrades had a minimum required level.

    As for the Atma Weapon,
you need to kill the 3rd endurance boss with a blade. Specifically either the Butter Knife, Butcher Knife, or Golden Knife. The easiest way to do this is to unequip ALL party members and only equip those weapons and 3x Melee Weapons Hit Rate+. The chest that you get from the boss will then contain the Atma Weapon.
Unfortunately you can only have one :( but at least it has a hit rate of 6.

So I have the first endurance boss unlocked but how do you get the rest of them unlocked? There is one in each chapter right?

There is only one endurance boss. He is found in the first book. He has 3 levels, which may be what you are confused about. The first two levels cannot be replayed once beaten. The third level, 15000hp, can be replayed endlessly and at no cost once you beat it the first time.

XL Transmutation does transmute in higher level weapons. I made it that way since you have less chance to score a critical with a transmutation potion. So it balances out with doing damage from higher class.

Other fact about the transmutation potion: it transforms into an item with the same quality. So a silver transmute will produce silver quality weapons while a gold transmute will produce gold quality weapons. Since gold quality weapons all have effects on them, you have more chance of having random weapon effects occur when using any gold quality transmutation potion.

Man now I really really want to find a Filled XL Transmutation Potion. Please tell me that such an item exists in the current version of the game. I know that a lot of the bonus items don't have gold versions yet.

I don't fancy farming Endurance level 3. It is slow. And I think I read somewhere that you might get a better shot of farming higher level items from volume 3's secret underwear muscleman.

So I farm there exclusively and had a pretty rough time in the beginning. Never seem to be able to kill him. I started focusing on dealing raw damage from Cyborgette. Something like: -

Party: a low leveled Gunner and Necro and a slightly higher leveled Cyborgette.
Weapons: an Atma Weapon and 2 robots(that adds Cyborgette's level).
Bonuses: +1 Cyborgette hit rate x2 (Or +1 Cyborgette level x2) and a cherry level for bonuses.

My cherry level is pretty low, like 6 and luck was just at 4.
I farmed a lot and gradually managed some good weapons. And periodically, I change my weapon and bonuses set up whenever I farmed something good.

It depends on your liking. Transmutation Potion is fine, but I just don't find it consistent enough.

Now, I've recorded close to 1000 days and currently farming there, with chest bonuses since I'm able to deal enough dmg, with: -

    Party: Gunner(lv4), Necro(lv6) and Cyborgette(lv6).
Weapons: Atma Weapon(x/6), Superior Gold Rolling Robot(45/5, 10% chest) and Ferocious Jackal(44/3, 8 poison for 3 turns).
Bonuses: Best Chest, Better Chest and Cherry level +
    Cherry lv6+1, Luck lv4

This is my current line up, tuned to my liking and about 70% of the time, I'm able to kill him right or just a turn before Berserk. You may notice my party, cherry and luck levels are kinda low, but I was lucky and managed to farm some of the top tier items. That helps a lot.
5 chests drop on average. I have not farmed a Super(gold) Chest but as Multi says, it was not taken into account here. I'm at level 20 and will add a level in cherry next and throw in my other Better Chest for Cherry level+.

Being said that, I'm still pretty far from applecat, he's super.

    Hope this helps.

All weapons dropped can be of gold quality. The quality is added after the drop and is based on luck. So keep trying and you might just get it! Also consider equipping a 4x chance of potion drop.

Yeah endurance 3 is very long to beat. The best thing to do is beat it once normally to get the high quality item. Then beat it again with blades to get the atma weapon. Also, each time you beat it, equip the best XP bonuses possible, 3 of them. This way you'll get many XP and probably level up with each battle. Once that is done, it's best to fight only the secret of volume 3 for item farming.
