The Kindle app for Ipad etc.

Do you think I need to submit my ebook to Itunes app store aswell as on Amazon, or just have it on Amazon and people will find it anyway through Itunes app store and can buy it anyway?

The reason is that I have to convert my ebook from >PDF to EPUB and submit to Apple through anothe website wherby with the new Kindle app now do I have to bother doing that?

    alea iacta est
Submitting it to Amazon will not make it show up on iBooks. Submit to both, but most importantly iBooks, As it has a much larger install base on idevices. And if you have the book in ePub format, you might as well send it to barnes and Noble.

Where are you getting the data from that says iBooks has a larger install base? Amazon beat Apple to market by over a year and not only consistently seems to have better pricing, but their books work on any device capable of running Kindle software as well as the Kindle itself. It seems most literary communities have kind of disregarded the iBooks store because of how proprietary it is in comparison for no reason other than typical standard Apple operating procedure.

That being said, I'd still submit your stuff to iBooks anyway.

    US bank

Unfortunately Barnes and Noble require a US bank account for ebooks to be published and as I am in a crappy country called UK I cannot do it as I obviously do not havea US bank account.

However my main question was that will Amazon listing get through to Ipad users at Ibooks with the new Kindle app?

    You said probably not.
The thing is that I want to reach Ipad and Iphone users aswell as Amazon Kindle users as the customer base is of course massive.

So this is my other idea to make ebook sales to produce my Iphone Ipad game with no risk instead of selling a house.

So what you are saying is I do not need to submit to Sony store or Ibooks separately?

I just can have my ebooks on Amazon and Kindle app will do the rest for Ipad users etc?

Think of it this way- Each store has their own storefront you need to deal with. If you were selling a physical product and secured distribution through Wal-Mart, the people at Wal-Mart wouldn't drive over to Target and be like "Hey dudes you guys should really sell this." The various eBook stores work the same way. In the future I really recommend researching these business ideas of yours a little more before asking the TouchArcade forums. ;)
