The industry seriously needs to treat this guy as a pariah and make sure that anything he does fails big time. He should never be allowed to benefit from this. David
Just saw this guys wiki, and he tried to stop a game called "soul edge". I don't know whats up with this dude and the word edge (fetish maybe), but what he is doing is so super-double-uber fail on the failingness peaks of all things fail!!!
In the comments on the latest post of the blog they say that racers is an average game - nothing surprising, langdell did not develop it, he published it after the previous publisher went bankrupt. The really AMUSING things are - Langdell sells the games on home-made DVD-Rs - The ONLY games he sold through his online store were sold to the authors of the blog
Unfortunately he already did. Surprisingly, Namco (daddy of pacman, lots of money) didnt even bother to fight this patent troll. They changed the game name to Soul Blade, and its consequent sequels to Soul Calibur. If you havent played the game, they are the best weapon simulation fighter out there. Check out Soul Calibur 2 for the PS3 or XBox. Tim shouldnt be allowed to challenge that game with his fradulent mark in the first place. Why? coz I bet theres more lines of programming code simulating Ivys breasts movement in that game than in Edge game's entire code library combined since 1980.
