That was my point, other gaming sites (even non-mobile focused sites) have talked about the game but the premier iOS gaming has nothing on it.
Wow, thanks for the greetings! As for your questions, no, we didnt make that Amazon version. Also you can easily tell from the buttons. I know it's weird TA is not covering this even though PocketGamer and even Mashable and The Guardian talked about this. Each one also links back to this thread so it's weird why TouchArcade won't tackle it. Anyway, for some good news, we are on Steam Greenlight, it would help us a lot if you can vote for us. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=486532727
Apple's review process is friggin retarded having allowed more and more clones and ripoffs, yet bars out a legit spoof with original gameplay mechanics and even assets although obviously inspired which is a given coz of the spoofy nature of the game.
Indeed. Anyway we decided to focus our time to make the PC version, you will also get a glimpse of some of the redesigned graphics here. Oh we also got featured by Kotaku! http://steamed.kotaku.com/a-game-about-killing-mario-1719851398#_ga=1.165540470.891941274.1430622165
The iOS version's still coming though, right? I mean, it's not taken a COMPLETE backseat to the PC version. At least I'd hope not.
Would really love to release it to iOS. hopefully someday. Meanwhile you can see a bit of the new graphics in the Steam trailer.
In just 5 days we've already reached Top 17 game in Greenlight! Thanks for voting! Keem em coming and sharing! http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=486532727
I know this off-platform-topic but we are Greenlit on Steam! In case you can't play the game on Android and iOS just yet because of Apple's rejection, watch out for the Steam release soon. Thank you!
We also put up a Kickstarter campaign, I hope you can help us! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/443284758/kill-the-plumber
iOS in the plan Hi metalcasket, this is our plan. We want to be as safe as possible on Steam, so we are redoing the game with the new assets like bearded orangey plumber, white pipes, inverted ? boxes and some more. With this we have budget to create the new iOS version and hopefully release it with no trouble this time around. So it's a win-win!
I played it on my iPad 2 and iPhone 4S and works great. but iPhone 5 and up can handle the HD graphics and is so much smoother
I'm not sure if it's allowed in TestFlight but many people have tried the game thru it. We will come back when we find an alternative way to distribute outside of App Store
