Why? Anyone knows why my best score was 4 millions of points and suddenly dissapear of the top scorers in Game Cente? Also with the new update the game only is loading and doesn't works? Why?
Hey enrike1221, can you tell us more about that loading problem? Does it hang on loading screen, what's your device, etc. Maybe a PM would be better, so that we don't clutter this thread. Thanks!
Maybe it's me but rio level seems at times stuttery on my iPad 4 and even occasionally on my 6s plus. Other levels are fine
Was just scrolling through my tricks and noticed that all tricks now show I have a 0 % perfect rate. Not true at all. Where did it all go?
Oh ya. This morning our league match ended. We won but the you won screen froze. Awarded no coins or gems. On my wife devices and mine. Boooo. Seems the update put the game in a state of Barney. (Barneyrubble......trouble).
Darn, we had reports of the match won notification freezing before the update, but weren't able to reproduce that on our side. We're still searching for the cause. Yep perfect ratios are messed up, probably something to do with the user stats.
I deleted the game and intallated for second time, now runs good but I forget all my stats, my levels, gems, profile og league... All.
We're being featured on the US front page so the servers are experiencing quite heavy load. It seems that chat and user details push the servers more than we thought. We're working on it!
3 days we won our match. And 3 day havnt received any gems for it. Jip. Now I get a message that we are a new team skipping round. Wth. This game is broke.
That's what I was afraid. Other people also mentioned that when they experience it once it won't go away. Someone will join your team tomorrow and hopefully we'll see with logs enabled what's causing it. It's flipkicks, right?
Also there's a graphic glitch that pops up quite often where the ball is half buried in the ground and trick won't register perfects
We wake up this morning before our match ends and it says I'm out chat messages that we won and 3 messages that say we lost. But yesterday it said for some reason we were skipping the round
Our servers are down - we're working frantically on bringing them up again, that's why you see those weird things I'll let you all know when things go back to normal (we do our best to make it asap).
The Matches should be up again (though we're still working on some other less critical issues). We didn't look at the notification bug yet, will check it tomorrow when current match will end.
