So far I noticed Alphadia 1 + 2 are currently on sale for $0.99; likely others may be included (based on scope of prior KemCo sales). Nevertheless, within this prolonged season of peace, the Schwarzschild Empire has once again begun plotting world domination as it starts to conquer and occupy one nation after another. It is during this time that Ash and Karim, two residents of Heiland, a small town on the frontier, rescue a young woman and her escort as they are being pursued in the nearby woods by a contingent of foreign soldiers. Yet, who is this mysterious girl and what fate is in store for Ash and those with him as they attempt to help her fulfill her mission...? Find out as this dramatic story begins to unfold!-A classic Japanese role-playing game-Employing an orthodox turn-based battle system, Alphadia evokes a feeling of nostalgia with its classic gameplay style. In addition, its refined game balance and simple to use interface make this game easy for anyone to pick up and enjoy. Furthermore, with completely redrawn graphics, Alphadia's world shines on high-resolution touch screens.-Charming characters and a dramatic story-It is often thought that games on a cell phone can only offer a short, limited experience, but that is not the case with Alphadia. Alphadia boasts an expansive drama that spans 30+ hours of gameplay, and which is sure to pull on a few heartstrings as Ash and his party are faced with numerous challenges and trials.-Engage in strategic battles while exploiting the potential of energi-By mastering the various elementals, characters become adept in using a host of energi skills. Which energi skills characters learn beyond those of their inherent elemental, however, is given to the player to decide! Having such freedom lends itself to an overall richer gameplay experience in Alphadia. As players learn to harness elementals in battle, they quickly become able to take advantage of their situation, and the thrill of battle increases. And of course, for those who prefer, there is an auto-function built into Alphadia's battle system that allows players to cut through waves of enemies with little effort should they choose.*The actual price might differ depending on the region.* Like us on Facebookhttp://www.facebook.com/kemco.global Information Seller: Genre:Adventure, Role Playing Release:Oct 25, 2011 Updated:Nov 30, -0001 Version: Size:0.0 TouchArcade Rating:Unrated User Rating: (3) Your Rating:unrated Compatibility:HD Universal nightc1 Well-Known Member Oct 19, 2012 4,362 0 0 AL #22 nightc1, Apr 1, 2013 Yeah just got the alert from appsfire about Alphadia2. Thanks for bumping the thread, saved me the trouble. I own most of the Kemco RPG games, now I'm down to just Aeon Avenger. This is the first $0.99 sample on Alphadia2 as well. Now I just need to get on a classic rpg binge fest to take full advantage of all of these purchases. I mainly go by the people I trust in the TA iOS gaming community over the reviews. It was a no brainer (my term for it too) purchase to get Alphadia 2. I'll grab Aeon Avenger when it drops since it's not likely I'll be done with the mass of RPG's I have from Kemco before then. Hopefully they keep on porting them over from Android because what we have available so far on iOS is just a drop in the bucket. Very interested now as I usually hate that. How does it work in Kemco RPGs? You mean no random encounters or what? undeadcow Well-Known Member Dec 4, 2010 9,486 2 36 Houston, TX #29 undeadcow, Apr 1, 2013 Last edited: Apr 1, 2013 There are still random encounters; but by "no grinding" it indicates there aren't a lot of pointless fetch quests and that the difficulty curve is gradual enough you won't get stuck needing to farm gold or repeatedly fight the same grade of enemies just to level up. iPadisGreat Well-Known Member Dec 10, 2012 2,390 0 0 #30 iPadisGreat, Apr 2, 2013 Oh, ok, which one has the best story for a Kemco virgin to start with? undeadcow Well-Known Member Dec 4, 2010 9,486 2 36 Houston, TX #31 undeadcow, Apr 2, 2013 Currently only Alphadia 1 and Alphadia 2 are on sale for $0.99 so it might be good to start with Alphadia 1. KemCo seems to discount some of their games to $0.99 every few months so maybe the next round will see more game drop. For $1.98 it's not a bad idea to pick both Alphadias up and the file size is small enough to retain. iPadisGreat Well-Known Member Dec 10, 2012 2,390 0 0 #32 iPadisGreat, Apr 2, 2013 Downloading Alphadia 2 as someone else commented that Alphadia was a grindfest... Bone16 Well-Known Member Sep 13, 2012 226 3 18 #33 Bone16, Apr 3, 2013 I have them all except aeon avenger. They are all good and well I have never completed any of them I found that the one I had the most fun with and went the farthest was Grinsia. As to the comments about Frane, I have that also. Most I've ever paid for a game. It is great and I wish Kemco would take a page from it and put some good voice acting into their games. It would certainly justify me paying more for their games instead of waiting til they inevitably go to 99 cents.
