Bought a $15 iTunes gift card last night and decided to redeem it this morning to purchase Real Racing, RE4, etc. While I hit redeem, and am shocked to find out it isn't valid?!!? So now I'm stuck, can't get back to the store(whose name I won't mention because I hate them but for some reason went there) anytime soon so I'll be missing out on the deals
Go back there with the receipt. Then they might reactivate it or, look on the receipt to see if it was activated.
So there is a way for them to tell it hasn't been activated? Cause I can already imgaine what's going to happen, me being a shouting contest with a manager who thinks im lying and trying to get a free card when It really doesn't work.
I went to a CVS once and got a GreenDot money pak (basically, a code that loads cash onto a debit card). $30 was on there, wasn't valid. Checked the receipt, there was this weird code at the bottom that I inferred mean the activation didn't work out. Went back, they took a look at it. Apparently I was right, they got a new card for me and gave me my $30 on it. Check your receipt. Oh, and print out a screenshot of the redeem page!!! If you had already used it, it'd say so.
Try retyping the code. Look very close at the code some may be a different character than they appear. The $15 cards are the worst of the bunch. If I recall some of the characters looked like they could be a B, 0 or a 8 for example.
Thanks for the suggestions, still no luck, going have to take it back, hopefully soon, really don't want to miss out on the deals!
GREAT news ! Went to the retail store and that failed. But I just got done talking to customer support and they did something and I finally have my credit!! Watch out sales, Here I Come

Haha, It usually takes me a while to spend a card, I'm a VERY cautious buyer, even when it comes to cheap apps. This is not like me "throwing" money around but I like it
hmmm Real Racing- 7 RE4- 3 and something else...probally has to be 4 or less due to tax, any suggestion?
