i previously had just an ipod touch on it i have zagg invisishield i think its called but my phone ill have in my pocket all the time looking for recommendations thanks guys!!

I have an iPod, but I'm sure they make a similar case for iPhone. It has a screen protector and a hard plastic case, made by griffin. Makes it a little bulkier looking, but I think it looks perfect. And the hard case gives a nice corner to press in games.
Definitely look here Switcheasy They have some of the nicest looking cases I have seen, and they work perfectly. They have hard cases, soft cases, and hybrids. They have a lot of different color options and the RebelTouch for my iPod Touch 2g fit over my BestSkinsEver.
I got two silicon cases for 9.99$ (both, not each) at Radioshack. They are doing a pretty good job, as I have dropped my ipotch multiple times to test its bouncing capabilities, turns out it doesn't like to bounce.
