As someone utterly obsessed with the iPod Touch AND the Android OS, I can safely say this opinion is totally bogus. There is a bigger chance that humans originated on the moon than Android "failing" anytime soon.
Hey, cool topic. Just wanted to give a wink too, I love the overall TA community. It is a very good mix of gamers, developers, enthusiastic people and fair criticism. Keep it up, TArcaders (another thing that I love is that there are not so many trolls here, compared to other review forums)
If we all did this in one big room (literally) wonder if we'd act any different?....heh. (in regards to posts of flaming, etc) It can be amazing to think of what we have here at TA. If we step back for a moment and look around to find pre-teen, teens, young adults, middle aged, old..er (ehem) people that make up TA and even then lets go beyond that to include different countries, nationalities, etc. Its simply amazing at times to think of how it all comes together here on TA, of our one common interest on gaming/iphone/touch. And it could only happen with an internet setting/forum such as this. This is all relatively new (this gaming forum, iphone/touch games, devs, etc) and we are pioneering our way as such and wonder where this could be 5...maybe 6 years from now? I dare not think farther. Even reading the archives when TA first started reads like the Dead Sea Scrolls. Technology has always moved fast and its getting faster. Hold on everyone!
