With no craft book now, and actually even with a craft book made - what is a purpose for leather? I seem not to kill cows anymore since I can't eat it, I can't use it, so not sure what to do with it.
I presume they will add something else to this later on. I hope, at least. I may be a vegetarian pacifist in real life, but I happily take out cows and pigs without prejudice.
Crashed and lost my invent, What a jipp Shouldn't have updated! Why not test before submitting updates? And I thought chest stacking meant actually being able to stack chests on top of each other in your house to save room. That's the only reason I updated. Regretting it majorly now, I ha net played since because I'm worried it'll happen again and my hours of hard work will be again, destroyed. The worst part is if you have chopped down every single tree saving it all up, then it crashes, your left with no trees AND no wood. I also hate the craft book button being there, that button is the easiest to press, I'm used to pressing that space to constantly zoom out, now I always accidentally press the stupid craft book, it's an awkward spot for the craft book since it hardly needs to be used. Craft book should be in the middle, and zoom on the end *edit* I also felt extremely guilty when killing the first pig and cow..I'm used to it now, but it was uncomfortable at first, I am also a vegan and had to remind myself it's just a game and no actual harm is being done to animal on junk jack, The local abitwar (spelling?) is though. That's what's seriously disturbing. I hope the people that run the abitwar come back as a cow in their next life...maybe then they will grow some compassion PS I appreciate the devs dedication to try to fix the problems by implementing a backup feature, but I really don't want to have to keep pausing the game and backing up constantly, for one I always forget, and two, it's so annoying Least the devs are actually doing something about it though, and quickly, since alot of other devs would have made everyone wait for ages
I haven't played since the update... What does it actually do? Welcome to the club. I've lost a lot more, on more than one occasion. This I actually agree with - I occasionally do the same and would totally appreciate this change.
What a superb idea, I hope pixbits pick up on this. An abattoir would be the perfect addition to my castle as we could render animals in to allsorts of useful stuff. We should be able to craft hooks so we can hang the meat up and one of those bolt guns to shoot into a cows brains would be usefull too. If you used the gun maybe the meat would heal you more as it would be of a better quality. If you ever introduce chickens you could make a grinder craft recipe. Then we could feed whole chickens into it and get tasty tasty nuggets. I can't think of a better thing to eat underground
Should I purchase? Been eyeing this games for a while now, looks great and stuff. and the new farming modes, quests seem great. Is it worth it?
Really dude?? REALLY!?!? On each page of this thread is another person praising the game, stating that even with its faults, it is an amazing game that is worth anyone picking up. And yes, I could have just said that last part, and did, but come on. "Is it worth it?". You'd know it was if you'd have just taken 10 minutes.. No, 2 minutes out of your time. It's not that we don't want to help, but the answer is there. Right there....
Just make sure you back-up your worlds often, just in case. Actually about the wiki, can I update it a bit? Am I allowed?
They did the best they could. Old devices couldn't even load the game. I just tested, you'd can stack chests on chest on chests like crazy. Not sure where you are having issues. No, it isn't as compact as it could be,but each chest takes up one square. Make chests out of gold or Mithril and you'll be able to store loads more. And if it crashes, simply hit restore inventory from the pause menu. Then boom goes the dynamite and you have all your stuff back are we still talking abou the game? You stack chest on top of chests. Just like it said. You can go fairly high. From what I tested, I had about 10 or so. It works exactly how I expected it would. Now, as for the crashing, losing worlds, inventory. The backup option is there because pixelbits knows the crashing is terrible and wants to help some of the people. But it does work, well. Yes, you have to pause and yes it can be a bit of a frustration, but it's a necessary evil right now. The way I play, I, constantly swapping between worlds, so I save a bundle. It may be worth looking into a different way of playing the game to save your rear. And remember, it's very easy to go to the main screen and choose "restore items" after all
I just struggle with the image files - have the current ones been uploaded by you guys? Are they just crops of in-game screenshots?

Addon Box Problems with ipod touch Just wondering if anyone out there was having the same issues I was. I have a 4th gerneration ipod touch and just bought this game through itunes last week (November 15 2011). I've had problems with it crashing on the Note #84 and also problems where my addon box doesn't exist. I can't build anything other than the basic stuff. Can anyone help?
You need to update the game to the last version! (1.0.3) The addon box doesn't exist, you just need to use your crafting table near an addon to craft the related objects.
n00b question. I am new to this genre and haven't bought Jump Jack, Eden, or Minecraft PE. I am curious why Jump Jack is getting more attention than, say, Eden, even though Jump Jack is 2D and not 3D like Minecraft. Which should I go for to see if I might enjoy this genre?
For me I just find junk jack to be fun and it's easy to play I find it works so well in 2D on ios I've also got Eden but there's only building and it seemed boring. Where as with junk jack you go mining,craft things, build things, find treasures and that's all before what's planned for updates there's supposed to be quests and stuff coming via updates. Not sure if this is a bug or not but are the multi colored "big jeweled plates" supposed to change into the same color? I just had 3 purple plates and 2 red ones all become blue when hit witha hammer alongside a blue plate.
