Right, but is there more to this one? Is there a beginner tutorial I can find? Or a Wiki with things to do? I had to figure out Minecraft back in 2010 when I first got it and had to figure out Terraria back when it launched on PC. I would prefer a guide I guess in JJX. Or maybe I wouldn't? Would it take away the fun with knowing what to do and how to do stuff?
Well, I got to the chest but apparently it needs a silver key... Not sure if I want to burn all my silver on one key.
There was a wiki for the previous version. I'm sure one will pop up soon for this one. There is also an in-game guide that will teach you how to play. I had the previous version which I really liked. I just bought this one a minute ago. Wont be able to play till this evening though.
Nope! Must be ten worlds in or more and haven't seen a single block of iron ore. Lost all my stuff going down to the mineshaft level - got copper, clay, coal, sand, salt crystals (EDIT: oh, and tin), no iron. Some blocks I can't destroy with stone tools which I guess are maybe obsidian and... something else? If JJX is the same as the first game I guess maybe I can smelt nails into an iron ingot?
Ah, yeah if you're low on silver I wouldn't recommend it. Of course, you could end up getting some silver tools from it, but meh. I have a few silver keys stored up from crates etc. I've only seen one or two silver locks so far. Edit: Nails can indeed be turned into ingots. I'm surprised you're having so much difficulty with iron, though.
I'm holding onto mine so I can revisit worlds, and I'm surprised they didn't add a hat or something for JJ owners...
Finally got some iron, though only a couple of blocks. Going by my experience I'd say the frequency needs to be tweaked, but maybe I've just been really unlucky. At least now I know it does look very different to coal, so I haven't been missing it.
JJX better make it at least to New and Note Worthy if not editors choice. If not that's bull. This is at the top of my list of best releases for the entire year! Junk Jack with Multiplayer! Come on Apple!
I am absolutely loving this! The sheer number of recipes, mini-biomes and mobs is amazing. Especially so since I haven't even left Terra yet Libraries, Mineshafts, Prisons!
Before I buy, I need one question answered: Is the inventory easier to use? I loved JJ to death but fooling around in the inventory (building, deleting those DANG LEAVES, moving stuff to one side,) was awfully challenging and time consuming.
I'm also wondering about that. It says the worlds are infinite in the description, but the description in JJ says the same, but the worlds in JJ aren't infinite. At some point there were invisible walls. So is JJX infinite, or has at least a bigger world? because I love to explore.
How does Online(!) Multiplayer work exactly? Considering the World isn't stored on a server but on my device means my girlfriend can't enter it and erm...cook something delicious for me while i'm not online, right?
How do you move stuff from your inventory to anywhere? The tutorial says its drag and drop, but i cant seem to drag anything anywhere?
