Guess it's safe to update, and thanks for that tip on using bombs to bust out statues. The one time I tried using a bomb I got myself killed, will be more careful next time.
I tried to do this a while back but gave up because I don't have a recipe for "wooden board". So just been using ugly old wood blocks instead.
Make sure you have simple craft turned off. You will need an anvil, ingots and ingot bars. Then refer back to the wooden armor material positions.
Pixel_Gamer is right. Refer your wood armour recipes. Then just replace the Wood block with Iron ingots and the Planks with iron bars. For instance, here is a iron helmet: [_][bar][_] [bar][_][bar] [ing][_][ing] You will need an anvil to make these.
I've been getting tons of crashes since the update, usually after hitting Continue on the main menu, sometimes after coming out of multiplayer games. iPad 3rd gen, latest official OS, if any devs are watching. Also, this game desperately needs vanity slots for clothing. I hope you've put me back on. You're a boner.
Love how JJX has buried Terraria in the hot new games section. I bought both and barely touched Terraria compared to this.
Anyone else like me? Currently I create a new player and world, play for like 2-3 hrs collecting recipes, mining and building a home then I get bored with my home, delete the world, delete the player and start again? That way I lose everything I was carrying and nothing carries over.
You're kidding, right? I suppose people do have unusual ways of enjoying games. Kinda like how some players keep making brand new characters on RPGs, just to enjoy the newness of the grind over and over. But not for me though
ARPG dungeon crawlers maybe. I played Dungeon Siege 3 five times to experience all of the characters. They were all very different and fairly unique classes for the genre so it was totally worth it!!
Great update, hoping for some armor display stands or statues to be added soon though. Tables and display cases are great for weapons and treasures but not so much for all the great equipable items.
Nope. I delete a lot of worlds after scavenging, but always take my stuff back to my main building world and add it to my ever-expanding collection of junk. I'd be pissed off if I accidentally deleted my awesome greenhouse.
Can someone help me out with encrusting? I read a guide on the official forums but it wasn't clear enough. I want to encrust an accessory, not armor or a tool, so from what I can tell you do this with a gold ring? So do I make a gold ring on one of the benches and then encrust it? I have recipes for things like a gold diamond ring or a gold ruby ring, is this different? I have no recipe for a plain gold ring. Thanks.
Was it a guide on the forum for Junk Jack 1? Also, The official JJX wiki page is still being developed and should be done soon to clear things up more. Anyway the encrusting in JJX is done totally diffrent. All you have to do i find at least 4 gems of the same type. Then stand by the tinker's tool bench. The place 4 gems like this in crafting grid. [x][0][x] [0][x][0] [x][0][x] Gems: 0 Nothing:x The hold down on the newly cut gem to cosume it (just like eating food, etc.) Next select the item you want to encust. All done.
