Does the iap crft guide allow the simple craft to craft more items if we have the items but haven't found the white craft piece of paper etc... Or does it just show the pattern to craft the new item? QUOTE=C.Hannum;2962419]No one of normal mental capability is memorizing all of them, but it's easy enough to hold in your head for the time it takes to set up the craft. You do memorize the things you craft all the time, through repetition if nothing else. The key reason to use standard crafting, in addition to the unlocking some things faster if you want, is that the time it takes to craft things through simple craft is roughly equal to the time it takes to set up a recipe on the grid once, and for something you only craft rarely like a piece of armor or a bed, that's no big deal. However, the lost time for things you craft frequently does add up: I can craft 150 torches in a matter of seconds without doing anything other than opening my inventory and moving two things then hammering the craft button as fast I can press it. Yes, no crafting from chests.[/QUOTE]
It should behave as though you had found all of the craft notes. That is to say, you can use all recipes in simple craft and view their patterns.
I gotta say, this game has completely sucked me in. I haven't tried minecraft or similar games previously, and really wasn't sure what the point was, but over the last couple of nights I have spent hours and hours in JJX. What a relevation.
I forgot if this has already been mentioned, but it looks like the world is 770 blocks wide. I placed torches in every block in a straight line across the world then pocked them back up in a single stack. I might've missed picking up a torch or 2 I guess. Does anyone know how to read the stat screen you get by clicking your avatar (in menu)? I see #s for the 4 types of damage, the same thing again --I imagine one rates your offense and the other defense, though I'm not sure which is which (guess I should try swapping out a weapon instead of armor/accessories)-- and then 4 #s for...movement speed? Maybe? And icons for immunities if you have them...
What's the difference between JJ and JJX? apart from the price. Edit:- nevermind, I just saw it has 10 different iap's. ughh, I'll avoid it.
Do portal chests appear in peaceful mode? I've been all the way to bedrock and through many biomes with no luck
And the first had over a dozen, ohnoes! And I purchased all of them, and gifted it three times. And I've already purchased all of them in this game except the red nebula, complete craftbook (coming any day now, I can feel the evil mind control), and the two projectile weapon focused hats. HATS! Yes, that's right, the IAP in this game is mainly hats that do nothing extra than what stuff is already in the game, and logos and backgrounds that do nothing functional at all, and that craft book that you otherwise just find the parts of laying around when you take a torch off the wall. The mind numbing horror! Your loss.
I knew that, just making my point about time, but on second thought, saying I can just blow them out in 2 seconds flat makes it even better
You will need an iron bucket to scoop up the lava off of it. Also a good idea to wall off around it so stuff doesn't fall back into remaining lava under it.
Thanks! Still can't find any portal chests in peaceful mode do they appear in peaceful or only survival?
. Since the only difference between peaceful and survival is the exclusion of monsters, I'm pretty sure chests would spawn in peaceful too. It took me quite a while to find my portal pieces (probably went through like 20 caves before I found one)...so you might just be unlucky so far.
Adventure mode can be either peaceful or survival, I must just be incredibly unlucky because I've found tons of chests, biomes, gold, gems and everything else but not a single portal piece
Man, I hate it when obviously uninformed people make such ignorant comments. It's one thing to avoid games that gouge customers with their IAP but its idiotic to jump to the conclusion a game is worthless because it has it. If you'll only play games without any IAP then you're on the wrong platform, buddy. Anyway, the only in-apps in this game are to support the developer or for the extremely impatient/unskilled.
Love the game BUT getting very frustrated! I only have access to wood & stone tools and can't break through many blocks as well as open up some chests although I have the keys... How do I make the next set of tools? What am I missing???? Ugh.....
