My little brother is going to love this game. Really hoping its universal though because he has an ipad 2.

Will there be a zoom-out function? The game is too zoomed-in for my liking.

 

No, you cannot zoom out, because the actual size of the blocks fits the small screen of the iphone. Making the blocks smaller would make it unplayable, we tried many different variations. But there is a map, that shows a zoomed out view of the world near you.

We are working hard on quests now!

 

Can you try to release this game on September 4, because that is my birthday, and releasing this game on my birthday would make it the best!

dogxsx, I hope you won't get too tired of being constantly compared to Minecraft and Terraria. It's unavoidable, and just try taking it as a compliment because those two really are some of the best games ever.

Still, I really hope you try and find your own way. From what you've shown so far it looks like you are on to something unique, but there will always be lots of people requesting every feature from Minecraft and Terraria so please please just ignore them and do your thing instead! There's are already popping up a lot of clones of them but this has the potential to be so much more.

I especially like the rocks falling down after you've dug the earth out under them, reminds me of the old school digger games I used to play on my Amiga, Boulder Dash and the likes. I really hope you die if the rock falls on you, and that you find new and exciting ways to use this mechanic!

 

Any news on a release date?

Will you guys be releasing this yourself or going with a publisher? Looking at how good this game is, they must definitely have contacted you

Very nice dogxsx, between you and Jack you guys are sure spoiling us with all kinds of Junk Jack goodies between Touch Arcade and your Blog. I also like how the video also gives us a sunset preview of how the day/night cycle will transition. Keep up the good work.

 

I almost never pop in to say hi but had to for this one. Looks awesome!! I've been wanting one of these game types on my phone.

We've seem you guys destroy stuff or random walking, any chance we can see you guys lying dirt down, building a home, etc...? Or are you guys not that far along yet?

Also any ideas on price for the phone?
