I'm a big Dredd fan but I'm not going to cave in. I truly hate this business model and I can only see things getting worse. In the meantime, games like Scribblenauts, The Bards Tale, Infinity Blade 2, Bullet Time, Shadowgun, MC3, Zen Pinball, Extraction, Epoch, Dark Meadow, CoD:BOZ and even Nightworld (from Glu, the king of ridiculous IAP) have all adopted far better business models. There are always going to be developers and publishers who will take the hook-'em-for-bucks approach, just like in the console world you have the overpriced map-packs, the instant DLCs, and the barely revised "sequels" selling at full price. Just because a couple developers take this crappy 'buy our IAPs or don't play the game' approach every now and again doesn't mean the whole scene is going to hell... psj3809 Moderator Jan 13, 2011 12,964 717 113 England #11 psj3809, Dec 4, 2011 Well this game was a nice surprise ! Really enjoying this, dont think the IAP's are 'too bad'. Completed the whole of the first 'world' and the only thing i bought was some extra ammo, i say bought i didnt pay for it, i just earned the money in the game and bought some more ammo. I dont think its 'the end of iOS gaming' with these IAP's though. The game was JUST 69p so if i spent another £1 on some IAP money i dont think its too bad, at the moment its a true bargain at 69p and no point whinging about how evil IAP's are and how its the end of the world etc ! I hope to see some more 2000ad apps, nice start from Rebellion TotallyImba Well-Known Member Jan 14, 2010 1,017 0 0 United Kingdom #12 TotallyImba, Dec 4, 2011 Are there bosses and different types of enemies in this game? robdog Well-Known Member Dec 9, 2010 175 0 0 Coding San Diego #13 robdog, Dec 4, 2011 looks pretty good to me! im getting it! psj3809 Moderator Jan 13, 2011 12,964 717 113 England #14 psj3809, Dec 4, 2011 Well.... Spoiler In the first level it was mostly zombies, some quicker zombies and some fat exploding ones. I thought there might be an 'end of level' baddie but there wasnt. Next 'world' seems more of the same, different looking level but same type of zombies. Still enjoying it though, 'could' be better with different enemies and more locations but still enjoying it, love the way you attack by instantly aiming Vheissu2112 Member Aug 16, 2012 20 0 0 #15 Vheissu2112, Aug 17, 2012 I'm bringing this back after a while but has anyone gotten the 25000 kill challenge decropolis? Or possibly give me an idea of how I could pursue an answer on how to complete this? Its easy enough to do. B) Shotguns are just better. It'll one hit any enemy up close. Level damage up to three and the blues go down in two long range hits. Upgrade clip size and reload speed as well. ROF shouldn't be much bother since a level three shotgun anihalates any thing directly in front. C) Don't upgrade the lawgiver anything past level two. By then, thr shotgun should be unlocked. I made this mistake and will not upgrade it any further. D)Psi division is horrid. It gives free one use powerups, but you MUST be there at the timer's end. E) Replaying does not award credits unless more stars are gained. Have fun guys. psj3809 Moderator Jan 13, 2011 12,964 717 113 England #17 psj3809, Sep 27, 2017 Nice to see this dual stick shooter get the ios11 update (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
