You know what they should do? They should make this like some of the other download sites. The promocode should be hidden until a person replies to a thread. That way at least we get registered users only who replied to the thread. Here's the vbMod for that: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=130887&page=56
By the way, if anyone has any suggestions for future versions of the game, post them over on the main thread here. A lot of the previous suggestions went into the 1.1 update, so I do listen .
I'll post the next round of codes probably around 6 or 7 pm today, to give the people currently at work a bit more of a chance to grab some.
Revlisoft (referring to your review in itunes), if you go to options, you can choose whatever color you want for all the ingame objects
More codes; like before, post if they're all gone and I'll put more up. I'll also send them if you PM me. MLY7MHRTL9KX 439AK6NX49F4 RXR46XXKFAN4 FW76FARRYXWJ Y9XXKHHXTPAE
Looks like I'm down to the last 4 codes, so next 4 people to PM me will get them. Everyone who pm'ed me up till now should have codes waiting now
All codes are gone now, hope ya'll enjoy Jounce. If you didn't get one, you can always buy a copy of course; its still just 99 cents, though at some point we'll probably move back to 1.99, so I wouldn't wait too long if I were you . For those that got a code, it'd be great if you could rate and review it, and of course, tell everyone you know (and a few you don't) to go buy it . Thanks to this giveaway, its now up in the top 100 paid Family games, hopefully it'll be able to sell sufficiently on its own to continue its climb now. Have fun!
You are one very nice guy to give out $50 worth of an app in one freaking crazy day... P.S.: So far, I'm liking your app! How did you make 30 thousand something levels?
I sat in the basement for the past 3 years building them pixel by pixel... na, I wrote a procedural generator for it, its just designed so that any given level # always generates the same level. I've actually only checked about a thousand levels, but haven't found any that don't work, so I'm assuming its stable
Cool, you got anyone beta testing for any bugs? It might be a good idea, since you got 30,000+ levels.
Just to tell you guys, appvee.com could give you a good review. Since your app is pretty cool, you could request a review. Their youtube videos get 1000s of views. Just my 2 cents!
Currently everything looks to be good. Once I start on 1.2 I'm sure all sorts of new stuff will pop up, especially if I decide to try a multiplayer mode, but we'll just have to wait and see.
I know the boss man has sent out some emails about getting it reviewed, though I'm not sure who all he contacted. I don't think anyone has done so yet though, other than two small reviews from the 1.0 version
