What I think would be pretty cool in this game is to add some actual levels. The mechanics would be the same, but there would be a goal to reach. Maybe make them tough as nails too. The reference I'm talking this from is from the jet barrel levels in Donkey Kong Country Returns.
I see a lot of people with 15,000+ scores, is that even possible? I got so happy when I did 7,147 and then I see a lot of ppl with that big score
@BleBla: I don't know if it's really impossible, but I guess such utopian scores are made by hackers. Yeah, brave new world, huh. ;-)
Yea, but mostly of them do really impossible scores like 1,000,000, that's why it made me wonder. I prefer reach first on my friend list(a lot from here), and I did! But I've seen someone posting a screenshot of 7,900 score, I'm going to beat this guy!
My top score is 9,666, but no one will ever know because I got it offline. Very frustrating. It would have put me in the top 300 on Game Center. Instead, my score of 8,660 puts me at 519. Very frustrating. Also, I've got that friend score marker thing turned on, but I've never noticed a marker. What am I looking for?
I have been playing this on my iPod for a while, and finally bought everything. Now that I have an iPad, I put JJ on it but don't want to have to buy everything again. Is there a way I can transfer everything to another device?
So I realized today when I was about to backup my device that my old backup would be lost. I decided to not back it up just in case Halfbrick needs the old backup, but I have no idea where they are right now. They don't respond to emails and have been quiet here for the longest time. If they don't show up quick I'm gonna have to back up my device sooner than later and have my old progress completely lost.
My guess is everyone is on break tilll next year. Hopefully the update that comes along early next year will fix most of the issues including mine. My score is approx 11,000 so I think 15,000 is reasonable. Unreasonable would be 70,000 but then again i dont know if its legit or not. Obvious hackers would be on the total leaderboard, one with 2,148,779,734 and the other with 999,999,999 and they got this over night lol. Hope this doesnt catch on like some of the other games. On a positive note I got lots of spare time not playing Jetpack haha
HOLY RIPOFF of JJ!!!! Has anyone seen the blatant ripoff of JJ called 'Run Run Bear'? OMG. It is free today; I tried it for 15 seconds which is when you'll see that everything (and I mean EVERYTHING!!) is EXACTLY like JJ!! Someone please check it out and post back. It is amazing how identical; I have seen the likes before, but not to this extent. Wow. How devs can do this and have a conscience is beyond me.
Just looked it up in the App Store and the gameplay really is uncannily similar to this. Except with a different skin and whatnot. Sigh, imitation is the greatest form of flattery I guess?
