Half of Jetpack Joyride How come my version is different? Anyone else here playing on a 2nd Gen Touch? My background seems to be missing some things. The doors, floor lights, overhead lights, windows into a room of gold, they're all missing. I feel kinda jipped. Is it because my device is older? It doesn't seem like doors on a background image would take up a significant amount of processing power. Anyone else have any insight into this?
Yeah, there are some graphical differences between 2nd gens and later devices. It's still the same game though, you're not missing out on anything. You just don't have the full graphics, which believe me, aren't that important haha. Still having a great time with the game on my own 2nd gen.
Yeah I noticed that too, my friend was playing this on his 3rd gen and I was flipping out over all the differences bewteen his and mine. No biggie.
My Little Disaster Game was acting funny, so I deleted it and reinstalled. I assumed everything I'd accomplished in the game would be restored. Nope. While my GC total distance and achievements remain the same, I lost *all* my gold and, what's worse, all the vehicle upgrades I had before. No magnets, yrrgh! PMed Muscat hoping for help, but haven't heard back yet. Really don't fancy starting over from scratch and I love this game. Anyone else had this experience?

I also lost all my items and coins including my purchased coin counterfeiter. Not really happy about this.
I also lost all my cloths and jetpacks and money, only my scores and badges it did remember. (I upgraded to a new iPhone, this happens over iCloud en iTunes restore, i tried both) I mailed halfbrick about this problem, but heard nothing yet. I hope they can fix it with an update.
I thought that it was only possible for the coins and purchased items to be lost. Are you absolutely sure that you lost the Counterfeit Machine? If so, just buy it again, I believe you'll get it back for free if you use the same account that you used to buy it previously.
I'd like to get a confirmation of this from a half brick before paying for it again. Or better yet find out why this happening to so many and get it resolved.

True. It's happened to everyone I know who has gotten far in the game. I wonder if the glitch activates when a person reaches a certain amount of playing time in the game. Regardless, even though I got my stuff back, I hope this is fixed soon.
I'm surprised it's taken Halfbrick this long to (not) fix a bug that's been reported since the initial release. And it's not a minor bug either. I'd say it's pretty close to game-breaking.
