Bum. Oh well, at least if it's just me everyone else's stats are okay. Might just delete the game - really don't think I have the enthusiasm to go through getting everything (*coughgermaphobecough*) again. So it goes. I was annoyed enough losing mine - if you'd lost yours I can't imagine what that would feel like! Yeah, everything else is fine - which is something. My Marvel Comics app is the only other thing that's gone funky - had to reinstall it and download all my comics again...
My data seems to have restored fine too after iOS 5. The restore process did take forever though..so at first I didn't even know if it was restoring or not.
This game is amazing but it doesn't want me to play it. One day I tried to open the app, and it just crashed. Tried restarting it, powering off and on, the works, and still nothing. So I deleted it and tried to install it again but the icon appears on my device, says waiting like normal, and disappears. Any idea what this freaky nonsense is?
That's nothing, there are those of us that have 500,000 coins to spare, haha. Looking forward to an update, but that's not to say I haven't been playing the game. Recently got my 20th medal.
I can't seem to complete the final two missions of my first playthrough. 750 coins in one run and 1,750 meters without touching a coin. Any suggestions? I love this game unfortunately I have 50 other games to finish as well.
You can go to the Stash and purchase something that lets you "complete" a mission without actually achieving it.
Same problem here!!! (nearly) My stash and coins are reset. Other than that, everything else is intact: stats, records, missions etc. Hell, the game tells me that I've collected 283,033 coins in my total playtime. Anyway to recover my lost items?
Well i didn't play it that much like you do... I only have 3 medals so far... I played the game much more when it was still fresh... i spent half my day playing it.. now i sometimes bring it up again when i'm bored... An update will help I never had problems with any of the missions.. they are not that hard.. When you try to do the 1750 meters without coins, just don't pick up vehicles, it's easier that way.... And well.. collecting 750 coins is not that hard either... If you are lucky you can also get some from the cash prizes... I feel like your problem is with the distance you can get to... but you will get used to the game and then it will be easier... For example i was struggling with 1500 meters before... now i get to 2500-3000 everytime.. In my opinion when the game starts to be faster, just stay at the middle of the screen, that way you can react easier to obstacles.
I didn't lose anything in upgrading my 3GS to iOS 5, but when I upgraded my phone to a 4S, even with a restore from my phone's backup, I lost all my coins and stash. Pity, because I had about 80% of it unlocked.
One is for buying a golden vehicle upgrade. I have all but two of them. If you list which ones you have, I can tell you what the other one is.
Maybe the silence has to do with their new office opening in Sydney? Just a guess (seems possible, but I really have no idea).
Hey guys! Sorry I've been MIA for the last bit. I've been ultra, run out of my mind busy over the past 2 weeks. The update got delayed thanks to some QA timing conflicts (as you guys can probably tell, we have a LOT of stuff on right now), but that doesn't mean we have stopped working! Infact, while we are waiting for update 2 to be approved and released, we have almost finished development on update 3! Updates 4 and 5 are both already planned and partially designed as well Sorry that I've been slack responding to the PMs as well, I'm going to try and get everything under control this week! Part of the reason I've been so busy is that I'm prep ping to do a whole bunch of talks and lectures, about Fruit Ninja, Monster Dash and Jetpack Joyride. If anyone is in Melbourne next month for GCAP, I will be speaking there about the level generation systems in Jetpack Joyride infact!
