I can finally collect coins and tokens again! For those still trying to get the germaphobe achievement, use a head start and fly at the ceiling to pass the first 750 easily...the last 1000 was pretty simple.
I was just wondering how many of you bought the double coins upgrade. I don't have much time to play games these days and really love this game but want to be able to buy the stuff in the shops.
It sounds great for you then. I bought it and it helps a lot, and it is fun to see your coins accumulate so fast. Also buy the magnet upgrades, they help as well. I don't often buy unneccessary IAPs, but I figured, the game was only 79cents, which is an absolute steal for a great universal game, so I had no problem paying a little more at all, and the extra coins are nice to have.
Halfbrick has made the Super Mario Brothers of ios games. This release is simply awesome with every aspect of it "winning". I've played hundreds of times now, each time with the same childish grin.
Today I was thinking, well, the rainbow jetpack makes scientists not run away, so there should be an opposite version that freaks them out even more than the machine gun and other weaponized varieties. So... how about a SKUNK JETPACK? I know I'd use it
I'm on the mission "Reach 1,000m without using the machine gun jetpack." The only feasible solution I can think of to do this is to use a headstart with a final blast. I did just this and the mission did not complete."
Yeah, they're going to add that later, apparently. But for now, you can just buy and use a different jetpack.
A few ideas So I am totally loving this game, already played it for nearly 10 hours and have only had it a couple of days (thank goodness for long bus rides!) I had a couple of ideas, apologies if they have already been posted, i didn't want to go through 74 pages: - I really enjoy the 'dodge' missions like dodging the zappers and missiles. I enjoy seeing the little '!' so much that I am sad when I complete the mission and it goes away. Is there any way you could incorporate this mechanic into the main game? So for example, if you narrowly miss 10 zappers in a single game get 100 bonus coins, then make it 20 misses for another 100 bonus coins etc.? I was thinking you could even make it add a shield/extra life, but that could be game breaking. I think that would add an extra layer of totally optional skill rather than just getting as far away from the obstacles as you can. - How about some more achievements tied to the jetpack types? I was thinking something like 'set 10 scientists on fire' for the traditional jet pack. Maybe 'ran out of steam' could be to finish within between 500-600 metres with the steam jetpack etc. This would provide extra incentive to get all the jetpacks. - Was also thinking you could do an achievement for if you get 'second life' whilst you're the zombie character - something like 'Dead Rising' Thanks for making such a great game, already on my 3rd playthrough and still loving it!
how do you get the profit bird twice in a game. dont think ive ever got the same vehicle twice in a game. how far did you fly to get the achievement done??
It's all a luck of the draw. I was able to get it a few days ago and only got 2 profit birds in a game again today. Really nothing you can do other than to get as many of the transform icons as you can, sorry.
Crash your vehicles faster if you want to specifically try for it. Otherwise, just hold on as long as possible. Got it on my 7030M run, but I didn't intentionally blow up my vehicles. I could see these as awesome Final Spin bonuses, like "on your next run, near-misses get you extra coins". I know the Double Coins bonus kind of colors the way I play my next game, and this would work the same way, but with a twist. Instead, you play your next run in an extra risky fashion.
What's up with KramerGamer getting 9,223,372,036,854,775,807 for best distance? Glitch or super elite ninja gamer?
Nice - I like your idea to make this a final spin - 'Risky multiplier' - each near miss increases your coins multiplier by 0.2 (or something) - That way it becomes a special condition rather than just encouraging risky play all the time!
