Are the screenshot of the game completely random? Also, shows of hands if anyone bought coins. I am kinda of tempted but I know if I have 250k or 1mil, I will have achieved everything in the game.
There is actually a system for how this works, if anyone is that interested Also, good morning everyone
Love and bugs Hey guys, Loving the game! I can't seem to put it down. Just a question... this might be bug (or maybe I'm not really getting what to do here). One of my missions is 'Cash in 3 Tokens. 3 to go'. I've been getting and using the tokens. It doesn't seem to disappear or count any of it down. How do I complete this mission? Thanks ` R
you actually have to "cash in" the tokens. there is a button on the bottom right on the slot machine screen
You have to cash them in instead of using them. Rather than pulling the slot machine, hit 'Cash In' in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. You get coins in exchange for any cashed in tokens.
You need to "cash them in", that is, exchange them for coins at the slot machine, not use them to spin the wheels. There is a small button for this at the lower right of the screen.
1. It's what the whole slot machine system is called: Final Spin. 2. It's awarded when you finish the game. I got it by dying to the second zapper... (totally not on purpose) I'd love to know how it works! I've had apparently random images show up, when there's nothing but Barry on screen, for example.
Ok, so I will preface this with the fact that the system isn't perfect (yet), but its pretty simple! The way it works is when you start the game, the game picks a whole heap of random distances to attempt to take a screen shot on (roughly every 200 ish meters). Now, it ALWAYS takes the first screen shot. When it takes the screenshot, the game checks what kind of objects are on screen. Each of these objects has a points value associated with it... for example, a spin token is worth 3 points, a missile is worth 5, a vehicle is worth 7, a scientist is worth 1 etc. So when it takes the screen shot, it saves it and adds all the points together (they only have to exist, it doesn't care where they are on screen). Now, next time it gets to one of the pre-determined random points, it adds all of the objects up on screen and calculates the points value. If the points value is higher than the current screenshots points value, it saves the image. If it isn't, it doesn't take the shot and just keeps the old one. The current major flaw with the system is it doesn't really take into account if the object is actually VISIBLE or not... there might be a missile or vehicle or whatever off the screen but still inside the processing loop, and it will add these points up. You wont always get amazing screenshots with this system, but it seems to yield some pretty good results every now and then
That's actually a pretty creative way of doing it! Heh But I have an "action shot" where all it had was Barry in his tophat, walking on the ground in front of a blank wall, with nothing coming up (i.e. no "!" for missiles) If I understand correctly, that means nothing more exciting happened in that game? Also, I have some amazing ones too, with explosions! BOOM!
more vehicles is a must in a update even enemies you have to shoot in front of you would be cool too so your not just dodging the zapper gates your firing at enemies or bosses! so much awesome can be had in updates i look forward to them.
Could I ask, what are the exact differences between the jetpacks, since you said they aren't similiar. Because in game it's kind of hard to tell the difference when trying to focus on the zappers.
I try to shoot those scientists. How else will we motivate them to invent? Make an example of the slackers! I'm making it a point to buy all the (coin) magnets for the vehicles. Then I'll go back to buying other stuff. I believe I just have Lil Stomper to get the magnet for now.
Highest rank is 15. And yeah, when you get to 15, the missions run out. At least for me it did, it said "No more missions are available" But then you can trade it in for a nice shiny emblem and rank up again and all the missions reset... And again! And again!
I find spamming right before any Zapper tends to work for a fairly decent length of time. It definitely works a lot better than trying to time the teleporter to where you want to go.
Action Shot Achievement Anyone else having issues with the camera roll/action shot achievement saying it has been achieved and showing up in the in-game achievements but not showing up in the Game Center achievements?
