Hi Danny, Unfortunately, with the removal of OpenFeint, there is no way for us to edit your inventory. For this I am truly sorry. OpenFeint is closing its services and there is nothing we can do to stop this from happening. We are working to implement a new inventory management system as soon as possible but this will take time and I’m not sure when it will become available. You can get the Counterfeit Machine back by simply purchasing it again. You will NOT be charged as long as you use the same Apple ID with which you made the original purchase. Note: Your Apple ID is the email address you use when signing in via iTunes or the App Store. Hope this helps! Peanuts
iCloud is a complicated beast but I will do my best to provide some general troubleshooting tips to see if this helps with the problem. Please try each of these steps on both of your devices to ensure compatibility. 1. Ensure you are using the same iCloud account on both of your devices. Follow this path to double check your setup: Settings > iCloud > Account. 2. Open Settings > iCloud and make sure "Documents and Data" is turned ON . 3. From the iCloud screen, open “Storage & Backup” and make sure iCloud Backup is ON. 4. Next, open Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage > Sean’s iPhone (insert your device name here) > Show All Apps. Find "Jetpack" under this list and make sure it is set to ON. 5. Finally, on the device with the most progress, go back to Storage & Backup then select “Back Up Now”. That should back up all your data to iCloud as long as you have a solid internet connection. Now try playing the game on your device with the least progress and it should pull your data after a few games with internet. Give this a shot and let me know how you go.
