You really should try Trackmania (Forever *klick) I think you can get there a lot of ideas for future tracks, too, there are GREAT user made things :)

When Track Mania first came out, I was very impressed... The game shone originality in the Racing games market.

When we decided to make Jet Car Stunts, Luke and I were sat in a pub, weighing up the pros and cons of our top secret project. We need lots of money to produce this idea and we considered it high risk for the time been. Then we started talking about how we could utilize the technology the company owed and our skill sets. Then I said we really should do Track Mania for the iPhone because that's the only racing game that had not been done. Then Luke remembered a car game he worked on ages ago and remembered a rocket pickup he programmed and how much fun it was with the car - I guess that was implanted in his mind for future possibilities.

And the rest is history, as they say :)

I havn't played in awhile... Maybe it was good that I didn't play Track Mania while involved with Jet Car Stunts (I cannot speak for Luke) but without it's influence, barring memory, may of been good for JCS.

Have there been any ghost times in the leaderboards yet suggesting apple playing?

If I understand it right, the dev's can see if theire apps are in review or are in the "review queue"

The current statis of Jet Car Stunts is "waiting for review", so it sounds like we are still in the queue.

A few days ago I read somewhere on TA that the "average time for review" was something like 10.6 days. Ground Effect was accepted 10 days and 15 hours after submission (today) so that seems like a fairly accurate estimate. You guys submitted only a few days later I think.
