I just loaded up this app after not playing for about two weeks and all my progress is gone =( I did two tracks on "Just Learning" before quitting and checking out this forum. Will this update restore my old records? I still have all my achievements from finishing just learning, beginner and intermediate gold, and I don't want to go through it all again.
Sorry about that, the update wont restore your results... but it atleast should be out very soon, we are just waiting for approval. Luckily the game is much much easier to unlock second time through, and actually can actually quite fun to play again. For now just be careful not to quit before you get to the menu. There might also be some issues with quiting while the challenges or friends list is being updated, due to the way our save on exit code was working, but we have completly changed that now. Should be fixed in the lite version too. I really hope the fix is approved soon!
How come OpenFeint doesn't have the save game features like Plus+ or Agon That boggles my mind. It would be nice to see OF do that. Still boggles my mind... I have more achievements on one level through the lite than full version (with all the levels done gold on Just Learning) so far 60 (Speeding up achievement on lite) to 48
I think it might already have some of those features by now but we hadn't found the time to look into it. Ater this last experience... we really must do that. btw... we just updated the website for the first time in a while www.trueaxis.com
Great level pack/lite app. I didn't use the restart button until all tracks had been cycled through several times and golds had been gotten, track by track. So there were points in the evening when it listed more than 0 retries and you got to see my mistakes, but I kept going through and improving times on the various tracks. Thank you TrueAxis.
Agreed. These additional tracks are a great addition to JCS. I'm inching my way to the top ten on some platforming tracks though I know its only a matter of time before they get knocked off. All fun regardless.
love the tracks! im in the top 10 in i think 1 or 2 of the platforms and almost in the top 10 in the rest. except the last one, that one im 43 lol
@TrueAxis: Could you post the Lite version's icon without "LITE" watermark. This icon looks nicer. Please.
It took a while for someone to take that time off me I was number 1 on most of the tracks - then one by one they fell... it was good while it lasted
took me a while to work out how to get an edge, i finally figured it out and bet it by less than a second. you could probably shave another half a second off it but i dont think theres too much more then that this is on the lite btw
Congrats. Today I tried to shave more time off the one I posted yesterday, and then remembered that that the latter had a barrel roll and the beginning, which is something I've wanted to have occur in a high-ranking replay ever since JCS came out. Usually my only replay containing good stunts end up in the 200's or lower. Which is not to say that it would have been easy to get to #1 on E, however, so good work. edit: #1 on platforming C
When I did the run I made a mistake at the beginning, after the hoop, and clipped the edge when I landed - this could be cleaner. But I think the time is more or less maxed out for that track.
Awesome to see the lite is out! It has already helped me convince one person to get the game...one more friend to challenge and ghost race against. Downloading it myself now so I can check out the new tracks.
I don't think they have that feature yet. I've deleted OF games and redownloaded them and never had it saved my game but I'm not sure though. I know Plus+ has it for the Rolando 1 & 2 and Agon for The Creeps! but that's it.. Just got all gold on Just Learning and Easy. That was hard. I'll worry about best times later when I get all gold.
might start working on platforming A again. i spent like an hour trying to beat 1st place eariler but couldnt. i just cant work out how he gets so much speed on the second bend edit: when i think back, you could get a whole second better on platforming E. in some of my attempts i was fair far ahead at the start but always stuffed up at the end. on the attempt i got first with he was a lot closer to me then the other times
I nearly got this time back Your time is 39.13 and my new one is 39.19... I was leading when jumping through the last rings but you landed better than me and just nicked in front at the end. I nearly through my device on the ground in frustration - I guess I'm getting a taste of how frustrating addictive this game is. I really need to get some sleep now but rest assured I'll get that time back
