Wont work on my iPhone 2G. I bought it via iPhone only. It started and I almost jumped with joy when it automatically logged me in via openfeint think it`s going to work. But it crashed after that. Restarted the iPhone but again the same result. It crashes after the TRUAXIS logo comes up. You are supposed to buy on your own only. What do you mean
There's a problem with 2G phones where sound crashes the device... This is high on our list to fix on an update. There is a work around which is to put the phone into silent mode to turn the sounds off... Sorry if this has caused problems.
Bought last night - haven't played extensively (family not feeling well, we all went to bed) but hope the difficulty doesn't get the better of me. I feel I'm a rare bird on TA as I really am after more casual games wheras many others here (this is just my impression) are more hardcore and prefer higher difficulty. Hope it doesn't get frustrating and I keep coming back for more
This game is awesome, especially after you get used to the controls. Currently the only game of it's kind for the iDevice, and definitely worth the $2. Hope to see more levels/DLC in the not too distant future.
And that would be a bad thing to do... If you saved money for it then you want this game. So with all the hard work we put into this you want to rip us off
Hey Luke, Im a bit late to jump in this thread. Just wanted to say Congratulations for the game release Its been a long time waiting for True Axis and the fans haha
Likewise Luke... What an awesome impact you've made on the TA crowd here and nailed just about everything in the first release... I've been playing it since it was released about 16 hours now, and loving it to pieces despite being perhaps the world's worst driver... A quick Q though, are there to be any 3GS specific features; i.e. graphics-related, or are we benefitting more so from just a higher frame-rate? It plays like a dream so I was just wondering that question that must be on most player's lips... what's next with Jet Car Stunts? A great job and I have to say thank you for giving my iPhone a new purpose in life!..
We have plans for shader 2.0. DLC packs for new levels and maybe a new game mode. We have plans to take this game further
cool We desided to lock the framerate on the 3GS to 30fps, because it was really hard to appreciate the difference of 60fps, plus 30 strangy makes the game smoother because the OS has more time to do its business. The point of telling you all this is... locking to 30fps on the 3GS will give us a lot of GPU power for the special effects we are thinking about for future updates
