Oh oh snow snow. I Know this has been said A LOT, but if there was a trick bowl thing you guys could have a small one in a free update and have a bigger, and cooler, one as DLC.
That IGN list is screwed. Labyrinth 2, Space Invaders Infinity Gene and Beat It at bottom 3? Below Star Defense?? That alone is enough to tell the quality of the list. I agree JCS is a great game, but don't generally agree with the order of that list.
I don't generally agree wit the order of any top game lists Especially if it has nintendo games in it.
I have nothing against nintendo, they make the only games I can play with my gf Love the new super mario brothers wii, I was so disapointed with the origonaly super mario bo muli-player mode, and I have been waiting ever since to be able to play that multi player. But, I struggle a bit to understand why some of thier first party games get rated so highly. Maybe its just me, some times it seems that the games everybody else loves, I find boring and tedious. The only recent games I got too bored too finish where Mario Galaxy, Bioshock, I had to really force my self to finish GTA V. Must be something wrong with me.
I was looking at their list... They need to check to make sure that the pictures match up... http://wireless.ign.com/articles/106/1063222p11.html
Sorry, my mistake. Just ignore that post. I guess I should go out and buy Canabalt then; I have been looking for a new tower defense game
Nah there's no right or wrong, different strokes for different folks I myself don't love some very famous games like CoD, Halo, GTA, etc. I don't like FPS or gangstar-wannabe stuffs. I also don't like those games like Rune Factory, Harvest Moon, etc. They are nice games, but just not for me. Totally agree with your comment about nintendo games though, I must thank them too My sister's husband seems to agree as well, lol.
I'm in your boat... I grew up on Nintendo but they haven't been relevant to gaming since Super Mario 64 imo, and they completely lost me with the spit in the face that is Brawl, funny enough not too much after that I found app store gaming and how much better indie devs like you are.
It's funny that you should mention Bioshock, because that is the one game that often comes to mind whenever considering how the appearance of genuine content in games so often turns out to be an illusion. A friend once mentioned how he's far more interested in a game's content than its quality, but then went ahead and chose that game to play during the holiday season, whereas I was saying to myself "what content?" -Any story seemed highly derivative, and the game was very tedious.. The GTA series never interested me the slightest bit either. No reason for being whatsoever, in my opinion. I would play any parlor game over most of those AAA titles any day. Completely off-topic post
Seriously! That is one of my favorite games of all time from Nintendo. I can only imagine who they will ad in the next one...whenever that its.
that's good i also think that jcs is in the top 10 of the appstore games..and i disagree with the position of some games(lab 2 only at 23? uh) but charts are very subjective so they matters up to a certain point imo
