Good, and I'm glad you feel that way - because you are ABSOLUTELY 100% CORRECT. $2.00 is a steal for a game of this quality, it already feels like it's on sale because it is so cheap. This game is friggin amazing and I have put easily 5 hours into it so far.
OK... have actually been playing this ALL weekend. Its great for quick bursts of fun inbetween matches of MW2 or while you are waiting for your girlfriend to do all the stuff that she needs to do in order to leave the house despite saying she was ready ten minutes ago. This app is packing so much fun. I honestly honestly thought it would not appeal to me. I hate racers on the iphone and i thought platforming just looked like a frustrating nightmare... how wrong was i. The controls are spot on, gameplay is awesome and sooo challenging but in a good way. I also love the graphics. Subtle little things like your skidmarks on the clean white road surface and how each coloured block refects its own colour into the shadows..... Anyway... this game is just an absolute joy to play and i hope it's successful enough to justify dlc.

LOL nice!!! Yeah, one of the things I like about these sort of games is trying to find cuts. Hadn't found that one yet though. There's a very small one on platform intermediate b that can cut a few seconds off, looks like the top few times have used it.
am i the only one who can't make it past the second just learning to play level? "B". I can't get high enough to get onto the platform >_>
Some tips: 1. When you use the jet in the air you can tilt the device forwards or backwards to make the car climb higher or lower, while doing this you can tilt left and right to roll the car to that direction. 2. The handbrake button can also be used as the airbrake button, while in the air. Most people when they first buy the game do not realize this and think the the game is too hard. But once you master 1 and 2 tips the game becomes easy. We really should of done a tutorial and in an update we will add this. I hope these tips help you improve your times
Seems like in the future you will need more time to think where put those checkpoints! And what can i say about price. This game cost 5 $ for sure.
Can I add a third driving tip........ You can use boost to regain control from a skid. Just point your car in the direction you want to head and hit boost. It's great from recovering from bad cornering
Hah, you're not alone I just hope they add an achievement for passing the final check point while upside down, in reverse, in pieces... or anything like that. Surely the point is crossing that line...
I love this game. For me it's almost perfect. There's just one thing I would change, and that's the level select menus. When I start the game up, it's not immediately clear which level I completed last. I have to click on each one looking at my previous scores to see which have been completed. It would be nice if it: a) Defaulted to the last track you played b) Displayed a trophy next to each completed track showing bronze, silver, or gold. This would make it easy to spot which levels I want to go back and improve on, and which I haven't even done yet.
I had a strange thing happen. I've unlocked all of the difficulty levels, and I was playing the game just fine last night, but this morning when I started the game it basically looks to have reset itself -- by that I mean that the only course unlocked is "Just learning". And it states that I need to unlock the rest of the levels. And my scores don't show either. However, if I log into OF, then I see all of my scores for all of the levels I have completed. Has anyone else experienced this? The game didn't crash, and I didn't re-install. I can't think of anything out of the ordinary that I happened. I'm playing on an iphone 3gs (32MB), version 3.1.
Good (more like bad) to hear I'm not the only one this has happened to. I'm scared to play for fear of wiping out my scores that OF knows -- though they aren't great scores, I don't really want to start over.

Even with the tips listed here, I still suck. Love the game. Just can't even get past the first "Easy" mode one. I did like the earlier suggestion that there be a way to either increase or do away with the number of retries to help newbies out. I think the game is hard enough without limiting the number of re-tries. Or maybe something like other games, where after you fail so many times that they decrease the difficulty - in this case removing the re-try cap. I like difficult games, so it's keeping me hooked. But I am starting to get a little frustrated.
